fishes stop with your idiotic hand by hand questions

And you think you played the hand well?no, you just got lucky that you ran into a donkey who incredibly overplayed his hand
Of course I played it well. Not sure how much of a donk he was we were the two chip leaders in a 200 plus person tournament. Just another dissapointing final table but hardly the point of the post, rook.J

Yeah Eddie, unless you have "pro" in your handle you suck at poker. Good thing I have a real job.Foxwoodspro, please be quiet. You may think you know what you are talking about, but to call people who you don't know "rooks" is ignorant and lets us all know how dumb you are. Do you have any idea about how successful or unsuccessful the person you talked shit to is? I didn't think so. I know it has been seven months, but did you ever come up with a point or a central argument to your post? You've had plenty of time to think about it. We're waiting deuche.

So let me get this straight. You are a pro and have been playing at the same casino for two years now with the same "flawless" strategy. Hmm, come to think of it, I have never encountered anything in the poker community that recommended going to the same place and doing the same old routine at every table you play at for your entire career. Not once have I seen advice given to play the same way everytime and everywhere you sit down. Playing a patterned style of poker is not a profitable style of poker, for sure. But then again, I'm probaby just another fish, and I forgot that you aren't here to get advice. :club:

Ive played poker for a living for 2 years at foxwoods, and I laugh at these people for asking advice on particular hands. Maybe novices need advice on how to play certain hands but for them I suggest reading a book or quitting. My game is solid, my profits are decent playing 5-10, 10-20 limit and 5-5 no linit. It just seems like a joke when someone makes a thread and asks how should I of played this hand. These people just seem like fishes if they dont know how to play their own hand. At a final table at bodog 10k guarenteed, I limped under the gun with aces because blinds were 1k-2k and theres a raise every hand. I was second in chips with 25k to leader 45k, chip leader raises to 7k I re raise to 15k he goes all in, I know I played it perfect, but alas the guy flops broadway with AQ. Some of my friends were giving me a hard time for limping but I know its a flawless play that should of won me the tournament. Know your game know your style, if your a dumb fish and dont have a game or stlye dont waste our time with petty questions. Playing online and at a casino I have seen every situation and every bad beat, my advice to Fishes, rooks and novices just get experience and bad beat the good PlAYERS you fu(king rookies.Jay
I consider myself far from a fish, but you are way out of line on this line. The people who posts hands are trying to improve their game. If they are fish, they won't be for much longer if they continue to work on their game. That is the purpose of forums such as these.... to get other points of view. I play a completely different style than most on this forum, but I ALWAYS take into consideration what others say when I post a hand even if I disagree. You are a low limit player (5-10; 10-20), don't berate others for trying to improve. I guarantee that you will learn something if you post hands and carefully consider what others are saying. BTW, congrats on the final table.Sorry... I didn't realize that this was a VERY old thread.

Has anyone seen this thread where FoxwoodsPro admits that he can't beat the online players?http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...wtopic=52118&hl=I'll quote him:"Me saying I am not a big winner online does not mean I have not made over $500 a day. It means that my deposits definately outweigh my withdrawals."

someone work up a formula for meWhat's the perfect ratio of idiots we need in order to maximize this forum's entertainment + information/strategy value? We were getting over run for a while there during the DreamClown period; but when I see threads like this, it's clear we need some clowns to remain.

Well, since you asked for help with this specific hand, I'd say you just got unlucky. Don't worry, as you gain more experience, you'll get more and more used to it. Luckily you have this forum to talk about your play. That should help you improve.Peace,The Nice Jay
