Sushiman 0
Last 4 of a SNG and I'm 3rd in chips, I pick up KK in MP. Blinds are 100/200, I raise it up to 800, about 40% my stack. Everyone folds to the BB who calls. Flop comes 10 10 10, BB immediately pushes all in for 900. I have 1100 left.I'll post results and my reasoning later but I'd like to see what everyone thinks. TheIceman05 0
Easy call. Any ten would check and let you hang yourself. The only other hand you should be worried about is AA... And the same logic applies here. Why push when you can let your opponent hang himself on this non-threatening flop? I'd be pushing with hands like 88-99, JJ-QQ. Maybe he's making a play, I dunno. Easy call.Ice

KDawgCometh 2
such an easy call. only two hands beat you, quad tens and AA. call and laugh at how dumb your opponent is

Think about it. If you're going to call an all-in on the flop, there aren't many cards that will discourage you from calling the same bet on the turn. In fact, you'd be MORE likely to get called if an A or a K comes off. Someone might have just made what he thinks is the best house. If you check, you have extra ways to win and no extra ways to lose. If he's going to call with AK, he'll probably push with it.... or he'll call the turn. If he's not going to push with it, and he's not going to call an all-in, why not give him a chance to catch up?Ice

Sushiman 0
Ok, so I wasn't alone here. I went through the exact same reasoning here as you guys. I put the BB either on AK or a very decent pair preflop. He has been relatively tight all game and I do not see him calling my raise with any hand with a 10 in it unless it's pockets. Turns out the guy had AA to my KK, which shocked me because I figure AA would have pushed all in preflop when calling was already close to 50% of his stack.

kevinoc85 0
seems like an easy call. the only hands that beat you are AA and 10x. It's just unfortunate that he had AA.
