serge 904
In a $10600 heads up tourney the prize is $20000...So they are raking $1200 in that case. Only 6 percent rake. Looks like once you get to $100 the rake drop..Its $109 entry to pay $200...So a rake of $18, which is 9%
mrdannyg 274
So we didnt cash any of the big tourneys, but we managed to win 6 out of 10 on the heads up...For a whopping .60 profit on the heads up..We scored 105.50 pts on the night In the $150K moonshot we finished 24437 out of 57498...11780 cashed. In the $1k Flare we finished 274 out of 575...100 cashed. In the $750 Solo Shot we finished 408 out of 862,,,175 cashed. Overall not a disaster day as we showed a profit on the heads up..We werent too far off the money as we were about 20pts out of a cashing position. I think we did really well on our pitching matchups...Especially on Danny Salazar who was only 5.5% owned. We were off on the Daniel Norris matchup, even though Sano managed to have a decent game. Our pitching basically carried us to victory. For the record, I think taking cheap guys on Minnesota against a combustible guy like Norris was a good play in a tournament format. serge 904
not quite accourate..Just take the 10 heads up for example. I bet 10 $1 tourneys. Winner of each tourney gets $1.80....10%(20 cents) goes to DK... I won 6 of the 10 for $10.80.... Currently there is a $3 huge PGA tourney that I entered..They are GUARANTEEING $700K...Max entries 268300..If they reach max they will rake $104000..However currently there are only 225000 entries, with about 25 minutes left So the PGA tourney only had 227918 entrants providing for a $683754...Which means its a small overlay and DK will lose on this tourney

Dubey 1,035
Good luck Serge. You playing any NFL this week? I don't have any money online, and I don't think I'm ready to start betting my own money yet anyway, but I do have a lineup in the NFL Millionaire Maker ($20) event this Sunday via my Brother's DK account. I've incorporated a couple DFS podcasts into my rotation, and some DFS forums into my regular internet rotation, just trying to get accustomed to the kind of information I should be looking for each week, and I've been wanting to increase my knowledge level on the NFL anyway, so this is good stuff. Take this info with a whole shaker of salt, but these are some guys I would be targeting this week along with a snippet of my reasoning: TE - Austin Seferian-Jenkins $4100 - WInston targeted him a lot in week 1, and with a young QB who doesn't exactly have a lot of poise in the pocket right now, I expect him to revert to throwing to the big man who he trusts when things go haywire, which should be often. Also, Saints are 10 point favourites so Winston should be forced to throw early and often in this one. WR - Jarvis Landry $5900 - Got 12 targets in week 1 and gets to go against Jacksonville in week 2. Seems like a pretty safe floor with breakout potential if he busts off a big play or 2. RB - Ameer Abdullah $4500 - only got 7 carries in week 1 but was very effective. also caught 4 passes for 45 yards. Should see his usage go up, plus Vikings D got shredded by Carlos Hyde last week, and it's not like they can stack the box against Stafford/Johnson/Tate so he should have some good opportunities in this game, as long as he gets his carries and targets. Plus he is super cheap. Good big field tournament play, not as good for a h2h, since he Is risky. RB - Dany Woodhead $4000 - again, super cheap, high risk play. Should be more expensive on DK due to the full PPR. Should see lots of targets in the pass game, and a few carries as well. I think Melvin Gordon is on a pretty short leash, and it looks like the chargers trust woodhead in the red zone. If Gordon struggles again this week, this may be the last chance to get Woodhead under 5k. WR - Donte Moncrief $4600 - If TY Hilton doesn't play, I think Moncrief's got the best chance to be a deep threat for Andrew Luck, and I don't expect Luck to struggle again this week. I think all the cowboys are good value as well: Witten/Beasley/Williams with Dez out, but I just see Romo spreading the ball around too much and the cowboys running too much for any of them to have the potential for a monster game, which you kinda need to have any chance in the big tourneys. I would say Witten would have the best chance to be top-3 for his position.

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
Aside from the Armo angle, Im a Tampa fan and watched all of that game last week. (yes, all of the blowout) Sef-Jenkins is my sleeper at tight end this year, and I think in general he will be much better this year, but I wonder if he isnt overvalued in his salary based on last weeks result? A key is if Mike Evans plays or not, right now it appears he will. I say no Evans, NO=good day for him. I think Vincent Jackson is a good play too though. He had a touchdown last week where they blew the call, and he will be targeted more by JW imo.

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
I should add I have no idea about the salaries, so my "Sef Jenkins salary overvalued" opinion is not based on any fact about salaries, just wondering if they priced him too high from week 1 stats.
