Yup, playing down to final 9 on Tuesday

Daniel Negreanu ‏@RealKidPoker 58m58 minutes ago End day 6 of WSOP main event with 8,495,000. Felt good all day and will be back to work tomorrow with the final 27       WSOP ‏@WSOP 39m39 min

knowing how much the WSOP wants Daniel at the Final Table I'm a little surprised that they don't have Penn and Teller dealing at his table

Best of luck! Hope he pulls it off this year, he's one hell of an ambassador for poker! Had the privilege to meet him last year during the main event. While all the other big name pros were barely, if at all, acknowledging their rail Daniel was getting up between hands to talk to his and have pictures made with them. LFG!!!

so he had AK here

Daniel Negreanu ‏@RealKidPoker 6m6 minutes ago

@DNChips 10,500,000 with 16 players left. Just 4 bet with AK and folded to a jam. Had the guy covered but I ain't goon' out like that!!!

Daniel Negreanu ‏@RealKidPoker 2m2 minutes ago

Just folded AK preflop something I should have done in 2001 when I came 11th. I was a kid then and not ready to win then. I am ready now...

I wonder if he would have folded Q Q in that situation for 75% of his stack.

Phil Hellmuth has said he's considered folding A A pre-flop to a big all-in bet.. (reason: can't remember exactly but something like he was stealing pot after pot and didn't want to risk going broke on one hand)

Looks like Daniel being the leading voice against the 10,000,000 guarantee for 1st place will pay him some nice dividends. Unless of course he wins the thing.

interesting dynamic atm, down to 11 with the blinds at 200k-400k (50k). At one table, you have chips stacks 2nd-7th, and then at the other you have 8th-11th plus the chip leader.
