brvheart 1,751
I know brvy, what a great list. Oh no, Suited. It was horrible. Also, Oliver Stone hasn't made 3 movies that should be on a top 10 list, let alone 10.

Well that's a little harsh. Savages is one of the worst movies I've ever seen, though. certainly Talk Radio, The doors, nixon, U-Turn and W. belong on that list before savage and Wall Street
brvheart 1,751
I think Any Given Sunday is easily his best movie, and I don't think it's very good. There are decent parts to it. Pacino is very good, as is Diaz. But it's really not all that and a bag of chips. The football scenes are almost unwatchable. Thousands of quick cuts for no reason. It might barely make my top 250, but I doubt it. Ballers is almost exactly the same thing, done 1000x better. (minus the very well written Pacino halftime speech)

BigDMcGee 3,352
And you say I've lost my salt? The Essay I used to know would have rained warning and demerit hell down on me and brvy
SuitedAces21 2,721
i mean technically you were discussing the list without making a competing list. so my hands are tied. but that's a demerit for you for questioning my salt.
Dubey 1,035
Collateral is a great movie. Excellent choice for #1. I would have had Minority report much higher. Re: Oliver Stone: JFK and Platoon are pretty good.

The Opulent Gentleman 79
Bold move, sticking Stairway to Heaven at number 1. Not many people have even heard of that one. I think it was a secret track on their "Collection of B-sides" album, that sold under 1,000 copies.

David_Sklansky 1,903
Any time I play a stratocaster at a music shop, I make sure to play In the Evening. It's not the obvious needle that playing Stairway is, but the guitar will 100% be badly out of tune when I'm done, which is my subtle revenge for making me ask to see the guitar.
