They’re cruising along because politicians made it illegal for small businesses to operate. I would never advocate for such things. What the fvck does anyone think will happen when the government gets involved? Things will get fvcked up that’s what.

I think it's important to note that that statistic doesn't mean what it sounds like it means. If the USA had 400 million people, at 6 deaths per million, that's only 2400. And we're at 90,000. So, I don't know or care enough to find out, but the point, to me, was that the country that did the least, had the highest death rate.

if we're going to discuss, at least lets get our facts somewhat correct.

according to this webiste, https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/total-covid-deaths-per-million  sweden has a lower death per million than most of europe. so the data is not clear to me that what they did was a mistake - perhaps it was, we won't know for some time. but i do know that i prefer a dangerous freedom to a peaceful slavery, and i will never be in favor of the morons in government being able to take charge of people's lives like they did here. they said we have to flatten the curve, then they said other things as they moved the goal posts with the help of a biased media who saw this as an opportunity to fear monger and hurt trump. 

Let people live their lives. our way of life and our freedom are more important than any one life, or any number of lives.  And sadly, as a species we are too stupid to actually work together and solve things like this, so in the real world, i must be against government having this kind of power because they will only fvck it up and make things worse. 

soon as we saw the nursing homes as the primary hot spots, and the insanely low numbres in almost all the country it should have been back to normal in 97% of places. but we fvcked that up, and hopefully the damage won't be too severe. but dont tell me it was done to out of reason or logic, it was pure fear, and that is no way to run a society.

shocked Malcolm X didn’t make your list.  To be fair, it doesn’t make mine. Watched it once, it was good, he was good, but I can find 10 of his movies I’d watch first 

can’t believe you didn’t pick Remember the Titans. People love that movie. I don’t really. 
 

So I’m definitely replacing Courage under fire, Book of Eli, and maybe American Gangster.  Gotta ponder that last one. Can’t guarantee He Got Game can make the cut.

i havent even seen malcolm x, though im sure denzel was great. 

i remade the list after watching "The Little Things," which i thoguht was good but not great. Then i wasted "Safe House," which i enjoyed, and you just realize Denzel and Tom Cruise are just atop the mountain of movie stars of the past 30 years. they are so good.
