MapleLeafpoker 1,462
I spent most of the day surrounded by people in USA colours on their bikinis, shorts, and tank tops, and the whole time was with Latin music on the beach, coming out of tents with USA flags draped around them, with the occasional Cuban flags. You gotta love the diversity around you sometimes!

FCP Bob 1,311
jason lee @speaks2ya Jaws is the most American 4th of July movie because it's the one in which an elected official acting on behalf of business interests allows several of his constituents to be literally eaten alive by a problem he was warned about

I love that movie irregardless on what is going on today Im sure all the 'Merica non-lovers wouldn't have it on any of there best list anytime soon Why? I assume I'd fall into the Mercia non-lovers because I'm so adamantly opposed to what this country now stands for and my lack of rooting for USA teams in international competition. If I didn't actually love America then I probably wouldn't give a crap at what is happening. If anything, this mess has made me realize that I took for granted how great this country was and I don't want to see it get ruined. If that wasn't what you meant then, oops, how embarrssing for me. Its simpler than that, maybe. I can't see someone outside of the US enjoying the movie if they find the country offensive It's more complicated if you live in the US, I guess, but now have the feelings that you have, Hopefully you can still enjoy the history. MapleLeafpoker 1,462
You had me at the White Shadow, you lost me at musical. I don't love any country enough to sit through a musical from 1972,
Untilted 158
Ken Howard aka The White Shadow and William Daniels aka the voice of KITT in a musical, I'm intrigued The musical is about 25% of the movie but the music and the performances are quite good. The only movie I can remember that combines drama, music, comedy and romance and still works on all levels

serge 904
For those of you that haven’t been to San Fran in July it’s a unique experience. Tonight should be about 57 degrees(13). It’s literally cold here in the middle of summer. If you drive an hour outside city it’s 10 degrees warmer. Back home in Fresno it’s a 103.

Thought this was well put. Only thing I’d say is to keep in mind how “anti-government” people on be right were under Obama, and how most people you may be referring to as anti-government now are people that want stronger representation and transparency - they don’t hate “government”, they just hate the current people in charge. serge 904
Sort of upset my man Phil Ivey just busted the main. He cashed but not far enough. Also if you guys haven’t seen Phil Kessel playing the PLO tourney with Daniel. Pretty funny. He did outlast Daniel though. Ironically they were at same table.

Thats over a TB of data..Does that seem like a ridicolous amount? This is on top of probably the roughly 100GB that we have streamed on Data on our phones between the 3 of us.. Good thing for unlimited data and wifi..

Yes..We have set limits for Adrian and he doesnt play as much..Play will be non existent when hockey and school start back up soon. There are some REALLY horrible stories we have heard of kids becoming addicted to this game.

There’s nothing vindictive or predatory about the game design. World of Warcraft was probably more destructive as a whole.

They tested it By playing it fir people doing ordinary tasks like office work and the subjects work longer and with more focus than with ordinary or no music.
