FCP Bob 1,320
You can only play if you are in Nevada but this is the first of what will be many Nevada online poker sites. With Nevada's small population it will be interesting to see how much liquidity the Nevada sites have if they aren't able to offer games to people in other States as well. New Jersey and Delaware are in the process of launching real money online gaming and other States such as Illinois and California are possible in the future. Don't confuse Ultimate Poker which is owned by the same people who own the UFC with Ultimate Bet which was owned by crooks and thieves. aucu 3
Wonder what kind of volume they get, hooking up with a big market state like California would give them access to a big enough player pool to have a shot at making it work.

BREAKING: UltimatePoker.com Launches Real Money Online Poker Tuesday Ultimate Poker to Deal Historic First Legal Hand of Online Poker at 9 a.m. PST Having lived in Vegas for many years, I think the sites will get decent action. It's a myth that casino workers don't gamble. Almost everyone who works in the casinos gambles in some way or another. And Stations Casinos is a big company. I'm 100 percent certain your deposit will be safe with the big companies like Stations (especially with the Nevada Gaming Commission regulating things). I see Antonio Esfandiari will be its ambassador. Other pros are probably licking their chops about possible endorsement deals in the future.
Cruz 2
Unfortunately, there is no way that California is going to share its players. California is intent on cordoning off its players from the rest of the country.
aucu 3
Unfortunately, there is no way that California is going to share its players. California is intent on cordoning off its players from the rest of the country. The Cali market is big enough to stand on it's own for cash games but for big tourneys more would help. I don't see why the states that share Powerball wouldn't one day pool poker players.
rcgs59 15
This Ultimate Poker Review (Station Casinos) is broken down into 5 categories: Software, Game Variety, Traffic, Promotions and Support. Ultimate Poker launched on April 30, 2013, making it the first online poker room to ever operate legally within the United States. Currently, only individuals in Nevada can deposit and play. Software: Ultimate Poker’s software is severely lacking when compared to other poker clients around the world. The company rushed this product in order to become first to market, and there is a debate surrounding whether or not it went live a bit too prematurely. The game play is slow and so are the animations (card dealing, chip movement, etc.). Here are some standard software features whichUltimate Poker doesn’t yet have: Accessible hand histories (this also means there is no way to view your last hand via a replayer) Table or lobby resizing Ability to disable animations Notetaking on opponents A simplified deck option Games besides Texas Hold’em see link for rest http://quadjacks.com/ultimate-poker-nevada-online-poker-review/
SuperJon 175
From the article posted above. It is interesting to note that the maximum buy-in for No-Limit Hold’em is 50 big blinds, and for Limit Hold’em it is 50 big bets What does everyone suppose the reasoning for this might be? I don't see why the states that share Powerball wouldn't one day pool poker players. Two words: Indian tribes. They'll be the biggest player whenever California gets online gaming back. From the article posted above. It is interesting to note that the maximum buy-in for No-Limit Hold’em is 50 big blinds, and for Limit Hold’em it is 50 big bets What does everyone suppose the reasoning for this might be? That one seems easy on its face - if you win smaller pots, more of the money is taken out of the player pool in rake, meaning more profits for them. A secondary thought would be to make players "bust" less, if they are able to get more play for their deposit. This leads back to the first point though.
