Last bracelet I won I golfed regularly during the WSOP on off days -only 6 no limit hold'em events -no buy ins less than $2500 This will be a lighter schedule than I've played in years past. Focusing on the higher buy in events and not burning myself out in the smaller ones so I'm fresher and prepared for the big ones at the end. This will also allow me more time to relax, play golf, workout, and live a more balanced life during the most stressful and fun part of the year for a poker player!
looshle 6
Live a balanced life the other 10.5 months of the year. #yolo I'll prob play 23-25 events all holdem bc I'm a one trick pony.
DanielNegreanu 141
Well I go hard every year and my plan is to go hard in these 19 events but do something a little different this year... win!
CoolHandKai 0
I'm actually going to be in Vegas for the first time this WSOP, but I'm already flying back to Europe on the 1st of June. The 5k event is a bit too rich for me, but I want to play that 1k tourney on the 30th of May. It's a pity you're skipping the "cheap" events, it would have been nice to get the chance to play together.
Waffles2003 1
Save yourself 15k and don't enter the PLO events.
DanielNegreanu 141
Why would I do that? My PLO game is extremely well suited for tournaments and I've had plenty of success in the high buy in PLO events at WSOP.

shamanalix 0
Great schedule Daniel! Odds heavily say you'll digress from this schedule when the mood (hunger, frustration, boredom, gut feeling) strikes you amidst all the action! You can't help it. Good luck champion!! And I look forward to the FCP Fantasy contest agaiin -- heaven for those of us who can't make the WSOP and aren't Full Tilt-able!

I would have to see how many he had entered lifetime, buy ins spent vs. cashes and hours played to see what success looks like to Daniel. These numbers really don't say anything without more info. FCP Bob 1,321
lol That happened around the time the link to Facebook went goofy and other people's Facebook comments were being posted here under Daniel's account so either a misclick or something related to that most likely. CraigKrill 1
Not all that serious. I imagine the events entered far outweigh the total amount cashed. I was just curious if DN would in fact post with actual numbers that he has kept track of. That Arnold GIF deal made me laugh, good one.

WHOAAAA sick sample size to go off of! I mean, you do realize the variance in tourneys, right? I'd judge his trust in his ability over a...what...30 plo tourney sample? In which case, 4/30 still is a respectable number, not far off a cash rate he should likely be experiencing.
