Still played a hell of a match today. It was a great final. Murray is just so tough to finish points against. Hopefully Del Potro can stay healthy and be back at the top of the game as Federer and Nadal decline Link to post Share on other sites
hank213 1,823 Posted August 15, 2016 Share Posted August 15, 2016 Yeah, everyone had questions about his wrists but looking at the power of his forehand during the games and just his general state of play, I would say "questions answered." I noticed in the early games Murray was using the whole court more effectively and making del Potro move a lot. Solid strategy against a guy that played a 3.5 hour match the day before and something like 15 hours so far that week. He basically did the tennis equivalent of working the body in boxing.
