keith crime 8
I don't think I've ever seen anything this crazy in my poker career - this all takes place at Nautica Charity Poker in Cleveland - The dealers are all volunteers and need to basically be told what to do by the players - It's 10 handed and they take 6 from every pot over 50 dollars - It's a 1 2 NL gameI sit down and am dealt 88 UTG+1 I call 12 from UTG cutoff calls Button makes it 25 - and gets three callsFlop is 6 high rainbow everyone checks to the button who bets 50 UTG folds - I fold (insert your Brad never folds an overpair joke here) and the cut off callsturn is another 6 checked to the button - he goes all in for 101 cut off folds - Button shows AQ offThe next hand I fold something bad UTG and go to the bathroom - I come back to see 4 people all in on a ten high flopBest as I can figure out - here is where they stoodThe guy with AQ the previous hand had KKThat little guy Vic has QQThis asian guy who barely seems to speak english is all in and put something like 150 into the potAn old man is all in and only put in about 100Vic and the other guy still have chips but agree to check it down (which I suppose is pretty shady in itself)So there are two huge pots now both around $350 - the old man is only in for the main pot - but the other three should all be eligible for the side potAfter they check it down the Asian guy shows a set of tensThe guy with KK says well at least I win the side potThe Asian guy takes the main pot - the guy with KK the side potThe Asian guy now starts stacking all of his chipsI ask for a table change! An entire hand is played! The dealer is about to deal the next hand when the Asian guy starts muttering in barely understandable English that he should have more money than he doesMeanwhile the KK guy is sitting with about 400 in front of himAmazingly enough - they peaceably figured it out and the KK guy gives the Asian guy close to $300 with absolutely no fuss!I have no idea how this would have played out in a real casino, but I was always told that once you pull a pot into your stack and a new hand is played that it can't be taken away from youI get my table change "this table is too crazy for me"Diablo, a really loose aggressive friend of mine who just sat down before the crazy hand - takes my seat and says "I love me some big pots!" tbrick412 0
I got AQ in three ways last night vs QTs and TT. The dealer accidentally mucked the QT and even after seeing our cards the guy went batshit insane to get them to pull it out of the muck, obv they were going to do it regardless but he threw a complete tantrum. Naturally he made a flush too.I realize this adds nothing to your thread.

Guys play the hand back in their heads and make it right. Now if the dealer tried to make something right about a hand that happened previously it would be weird, and normally in order to change it the players involved would have to agree and if not they would have to look at some kind of tape.Honestly, I only read half of your post though because I'm drunk and didn't feel like reading any longer. Mercury69 3
Volunteer dealers or not, they have to learn how to take charge in a situation like this. Not sure who is pushing the chips around but nobody except the dealer should be doing that. If the game has to be slowed down to work things out before the next hand is dealt, so be it. All that disorganization would drive me nuts. Also, I don't play live much, but I do hate it when people take action without actually declaring what they are doing. If you're raising, say so and by how much, assholes.
