digitalmonkey 929
I always thought it was bi-week because that was a week off for the players to be with their wife and/or girlfriend instead of slapping their teammates on the ass and getting naked together in the dressing room. Who knew?

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
I have no preference. My vote is for sale.I have a preference. My vote is up for sale.Let me just say from now....any of my votes, in any fantasy league ever, is always up for sale. I'm cheap, lacking in morals, and easily corrupted. Dont be shy to ask. Underdog 10
I can adapt to any rules. I'm good with whatever you guys decide.BUT I'm telling you having 2 def most likely will cause some teams not being able to field 2 def in there line ups.
mrdannyg 274
Jets -3 tonight..Good bet?Yes! Screw all the others. Preseason betting is crazy, but less predictable than the regular season, which means the books have less of an advantage!I just did a standard draft last night with 12 teams and none of the lineups are all superstarsEXCEPT FOR YOURS, RIGHT? mrdannyg 274
wager?Pick any team before the draft vs my team?Higher overall standing at the end of the playoffs?$20?You're on! I'll take Dubey's team, because he sucks at every other fantasy sport, so I'm hoping that football is his game. He's also a luckbox, so if it comes down to playoffs, he'll definitely win. mrdannyg 274
Didn't he win the FCHL?He has Lawrie so he does not suck that much.He took over Nell's team, which was already the best. Plus, it was mostly luckboxed. He's just lucky Lawrie made his debut this year, or he would've traded him. Given his history, Lawrie will probably get hurt this month, and never be a full time MLB player again.booked! I love uI love YOU.

mrdannyg 274
Ha, you're the best Dubes. Again, my condolences on Jason Castro.
MapleLeafs 142
None of the settings are final. Here's what I did:We had an FCP money league last year. We used 2 QB's, so I set 2 QB's. We had 2 flex positions, so I set 2 flex positions. I could have sworn we used 2 DEF, but after looking it seems we only used 1. I don't know why I thought that.Last year we also used 4 WR and 3 RB (on top of the 2 flex). I scaled it back to 3 and 2.As for the scoring, I upped the TD's to 6 and INT to -2. Puts more of an emphasis on drafting premium QB's. I have no problem changing EVERYTHING to Yahoo standard settings.
Dubey 1,035
Ha, you're the best Dubes. Again, my condolences on Jason Castro.I should have just done this:And with the 7th overall pick in the inaugural FCBL entry draft, the Bulls are happy to select Nobody. Next pick please. It would have been a better end result for my team than Castro. Although, his injury probably helped me, because he sucked anyway.
Ottawa_Biatch 288
Yeah I think it would be best if we just had default standard settings
MapleLeafs 142
Changes I made so far:- dropped DEF teams from 2 to 1- cut playoff teams from 8 to 6- changed QB points from (6, -2) to (4, -1)- changed kicker points to 0 for missed FG
Dubey 1,035
I think that is a pretty good compromise. At least Yahoo's rankings won't be thrown off. Having 2 QBs will probably still make QBs slightly more valued, but it's managable.I'd still vote to go with standard yahoo rosters, but I'm ok with this setup as well. MapleLeafs 142
Should we just do an auto draft league?

Ottawa_Biatch 288
Sorry for giving an opinion
MapleLeafs 142
Giving your opinion is fine. I think what's gotten some upset is your refusal to compromise. All that's added at this point is an extra QB (used last year) and a flex position (less then what was used last year) Like someone said, if it's standard settings you want, then there's plenty of public leagues available.Don't get me wrong, I want you in the league Biatch, and I do respect your opinion. We've already changed so many settings back to default, and you just seem to want more.
digitalmonkey 929
the settings for this league are insane, lol.QB TD's are too much.7 bench spots is too many. 8 teams make the playoffs, but there's only 10 of us. 6 is the best, so that the top 2 get a bye. 2 defenses?2 flex? A standard league is1 QB2 RB3 WR1 TE1 K1 D Agreed. As well with having 2 flex positions, that essentially means 4 running backs. That's 48 running backs taken.....We should just have the standard positions and scoring. I originally stated when I started this thread, just wanted a standard league with the hockey guys. But whatever cool, thanks dannyg. I'll quit, u can have my spot I vote standard as well Yeah I think it would be best if we just had default standard settings I agree. I think it would best go with standard yahoo roster settings.
