I Have No Opinion On Contracts Thread 2011 Edition Part A

Recommended Posts

I didn't know people boiled eggs in non-hard boiled form.I don't eat a lot of eggs, fwiw. I'm hearing they are healthy though (are they?), I may jump on that bandwagon.
I always hear conflicting opinions...some people swear they're the best thing for you and some people rail about the cholesterol nightmare they are. No idea...I don't eat enough of them to worry about it...eggs are like a twice a month at most food for me.

Eggs can keep for a long time if they are refrigerated. Just crack them and smell them before you put them in the pan. If they smell bad, throw them out.Cooking eggs is like the easiest thing ever. I usually crack them into a buttered pan and break the yoke and let them sit on medium heat until they are solid enough to flip. Then just about 30 seconds on the other side once you flip them, since they are usually cooked almost all the way thorugh by that time. I don't like runny yoke though, so not sure how to do sunny side up.

Seconded...I can't eat eggs that involve a runny yoke in any fashion. Scrambled or fried are the only ways I can eat them.

Sunny side up > You can cheat by flipping them over for five seconds and then turning them back over, but the real way is to cover them for a short time to help the top cook.Egg health: Cholesterol should only be ao concern ifa) You already have high cholesterolb) You eat more than 6-8 eggs a weekRaw eggs: Yes, you can eat raw eggs. Yes, it can be a risk, but ONLY if the eggs have been improperly stored.Omelettes: Do NOT use milk or cream for omelettes. Use about a tbsp. of WATER per egg. And whisk them reall good to get air bubbles in there. That's the key to a fluffy omelette.Scrambled: This is where you can use a little milk or cream...Fresh herbs can really makes an egg dish come alive, but not in them embryonic zombie chicken way you first thought about...

I love eggs. Friend, Scrambled, or Hard boiled for me. I also like egg salad sandwiches.
Blech...gross. I love a good fried-egg sandwich, preferably with some cheese and bacon on a hard roll.

Only 3% alcohol.
only 3% alchohol.
Apparantly posting a picture of a bottle of Molson Canadian 67 is a quick and easy way to find out who the alchoholics are.

only 3% alchohol. I think it would be pretty tough for a grown man to get drunk on those.
That's why you combine them with this:joint.jpg
