LOL at Peppermill. I dont recall, did I tell you the Peppermill/Armen story for this year? Part of it was me trying to recall the name of that place for Armen, while I was hammered, at 5am in the morning. Tried and tried and couldnt recall it, but I was able to recall the location and the LAKUISHA. I told him to say hi to her.Steve, am I to really believe Jin is coming from Korea? That video is clear proof you finally got Biatch to knock up some girl.
Yessssssssssssss, Lakeesha! Thank you.

Sadly Jin is not an offspring of biatch. But we did offer him $15K that night to go and get some cute girl pregnant.

A friend of ours just recently got a book published. Liz helped her along the way with proof reading and such. Whatever writers do for each other, who knows. But she was excited to see her name in Thank you section. Pretty funny book so far. She used to write and star in Mystery Science Theater 3000 if you ever watched it.http://www.amazon.com/Employee-Month-Other...6680&sr=8-1

Its very frustrating to deal with the Government. They dont have a problem collecting my taxes on time, and complain if its late, but when its time to dish out I have to jump through hoops.I am collecting some EI from the government as I am on a parental leave. My parental leave is almost over and I have only received one payment.Yes I love this country and glad we have the freedoms that we do, but red tape is plentiful.

Really???Once you get the first payment on EI, it is like clockwork. You will receive direct deposit or a cheque on that date.Something is missing.

It was mostly a mix up with the Bank and the government. I finally received my first direct deposit on Friday..But thats barely enough to buy me bread..($400 a week)..I still havent received the top up from my bank, which is the significant amount..The bank blamed the government..The Government blamed the bank..FWIW my employer is HUGE..

Yes EI is gross.Top up is awesome. I never took parental leave. I should have the time I worked at the hospital. My wife got top up and it worked out to her earning more than when she worked.Hey it can be a combination of both to blame. I did it 3x for my wife and no issues.

How much top up did you guys get? Pretty sure my bank stopped offering that years ago...
My wife is a part time nurse so the hospital tops her up for 6 months. It worked out that she was ahead by nearly $200 in regards to her pay. Told her we should have more kids.

With my bank..The green big one in Canada this is the rule:You are allowed to get top up to your FULL salary for up to 6 weeks. In my case since im commissioned employee they did an average of my last two years income. The money the government gives his NOTHING..Who lives on $400 a week.

You talking like this is making me wish I did take parental leave when I was at the hospital.

Heh - my wife was planning on leaving her job early, but got sick. If we get the full medical leave we should (gov't is being annoying), we'll come out ahead!

Ooooh, look at the fancy man who makes more than the $45,000 max insurable salary. I work for one of the big red banks, and pretty sure we get no top up. Nada. Looks like I won't be taking any parental leave, though I will be taking at least two weeks vacation. Might take some leave later on, depending on how my wife reacts to new meds, how the baby is sleeping, etc. We're less than 2 months away! Baby is already a fatty - 81st percentile for size at this stage. For someone without gestational diabetes, that is really unusual. I'm secretly calling him Kyle Wellwood already.

Moving sucks. This is the easiest move ever, but it still sucks.I'm moving to the adjacent building, which is connected on the floor I'll be moving to. LOL. I don't even need to go outside. Still a giant pain in the ass.

pffft, I was 100th percentile. Baby Dubes could have totally kicked your baby's ass. what.
Bahahaha. My wife and I combined are about the size of you. This 81st percentile baby is going to be taller than me before he's done breastfeeding.

My aunt/uncle adopted like 4-5 years ago. He's 5'7 and she's 5'6, both very lean. The adopted kid's parent's were 6'5ish and 5'11. Their kid is the tallest in the class and might be taller than them soon. :club:
