FCP Bob 1,321
This really is bad. The AGCC said in a statement this morning: “The decision to suspend these licenses follows a special investigation prompted by the indictments unsealed by US Attorney General’s Office in the Southern District of New York on 15th April 2011, during which grounds were found to indicate that these licensees and their business associates were operating contrary to Alderney legislation."I hope the fact that they were offering games to Americans isn't the part of their operations that was contrary to Alderney legislation but more relates to their financial problems and not having player's funds available to be cashed out. wildspoke 2
Does Ivey now play the $50K and ME?Speaking of Ivey. Here is my lame theory. He got a divorce last year. I would venture to guess that he was either hiding funds from her online or he said listen you get all the hard assets and I'll keep all the money that's online. When Black Friday went down he just became uber cash poor. Maybe not but we are speculating about everything else. So why not the real reasons why he field the law suit.
