No I don't blame Obama when the dems had control of congress we actually didn't have much trouble with this shit. But since the ****ing rebublicans took congress it's been one thing after another. I sat and watched my own stupid dickhead Congressman Phil (I'm a dumbass gynecologist) Phil (dumb**** republican piece of dog shit) Gingree (oh however the **** you spell his stupid name) say that Americanz are intelligent enough to manage their own finances and don't need the government to mandate health care but then turn around and tell me in a ****ing email that he opposes gambling because people will blow money they need to pay bills and feed their family on gambling. How's that for talking out of both side of ****ing two faced piece of shit mouth. They're all ****ing scum of the earth. Obama is to blame for sitting on his ass and doing little to nothing he promised. God how I wished I'd voted for Hillary!!!!

I'm sorry I've tried to be positive about this shit and hope for the best but I lost my job in Oct. and I hated that job and just this year I had actually gotten to a point where I was making money playing poker online. I made $1K more in March than I made on my job and I had already made over $1200 this month. I have a daughter in college who I need to cover tuition for and I was very optimistic about being able to do that. While sober I could put up a good front and act like I thought good would come from this but after quite few drinks reality sets in and I realize how screwed we all are. I had enough money on PokerStars to pay a nice chunk of my daughters college tuition for fall and now who knows whether I'll get it out or not. We have been totally screwed by a government we pay a ridiculous amount of taxes to who doesn't give a shit about anything but party lines and special interest. As I said this belongs in drunken stupidity but it's the truth.

Carbon still works I just finished a satellite sng on there. Carbon and RPM are both Merge skins as are Players Only and Sportbook which both used to be on the Cake network but moved to Merge. The software is decent and it looks like the volume has picked up some already. Cake is working as far as I know but I haven't actually tried it. Bodog loves shoving the UIEGA into the face of the DoJ so I'm sure they'll be around, I hate their software though. The Merge sites have 35% rakeback so be sure to download through a reputable rake back site.
What site do I go for Merge rakeback???

fk it, Bring W back!
I decided to look it up ... according to the Wikipedia article on the UIGEA (The Safe Port Act - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAFE_Port_Act) ...Among the more prominent Congressional supporters of the Act were Jim Leach, a former chairman of the House Banking Committee and Rep. Robert Goodlatte [R-VA], who co-authored H.R. 4411 (the Internet Gambling Prohibition and Enforcement Act). Bill Frist, former majority leader of the Senate, and Jon Kyl are both credited with expediting the UIGEA's passage through the Senate. Though the SAFE Port Act's provisions related to Internet gambling were drawn exclusively from H.R. 4411, significant portions were removed, including text relating to the Federal Wire Act.[11]Looking up the people involved, Leach, Coodlatte, Frist, and Kyl, along with George W Bush who signed the act into law, are all Republicans.HOWEVER ...The Act was passed on the last day before Congress adjourned for the 2006 elections. Though a bill with the gambling wording was previously debated and passed by the House of Representatives,[6][7][8] the SAFE Port Act (H.R. 4954) as passed by the House on May 4th (by a vote of 421-2) and the United States Senate on September 14th (98-0).So the vote was 421-2 and 98-0. It seems there is plenty of blame to go around for all parties involved.

:club::(. Give it some time. Hate to sound cliche but there's always sunshine after the rain lol there's no way Americans will just get shafted like this. Hope it won't be long but I'm absolutely certain one day we will all be back in business.

Of course it was 421-2 and 98-0, it was a vote on port security against terrorism, voting against almost anything related to protecting the country from terrorism is ****ing political suicide in a post 9/11 world unless you want to spend your entire reelection campaign explaining to the voters why you don't think protecting the country from terrorists is important. If there had somehow been a vote on just the uigea you can bet it wouldnt ahve been 421-2 and 98-0, and the people who made sure the uigea got into a bill that everyone already knew was a guarantee to pass were the people who already named abov. They're the ones responsible, not everyone else who had no choice but to vote for it.
