The most interesting thing about the worlds largest beaver dam is that it was discovered via Google Earth and some guy trekked out there to see it IRL and was the first person to ever set foot in that

Beware of overcharging someone. Thats the #1 lesson learned from the Zimmerman case. He was guilty of avoidable behavior that ultimately culminated in a fatality- manslaughter- but he was not guilty

You should've tried to get on the jury and convince the rest that he was not guilty.

I think we can all agree that hiring women to do a man's job is always a bad idea.

Side note: Debbie Shultz cut in front of me at security at the RNC. She is about 5' tall. Guess she wanted to see how a real convention was run before she got fired for corruption.

  • 3 weeks later...

this is a bit interesting, I'm guessing diet and poverty as others on Twitter have pointed out is a big part of the picture

In Canada the Provinces and Territories with the highest percentage of Native Canadians are the ones with the lowest life expectancy it seems.

Why is US prime-age labor participation rate lower than in most other advanced economies? Goldman Sachs offers an explanation:

The lack of retraining to get people into the workforce is huge. Companies don't want to hire unskilled workers and workers don't want to drop 10s of thousands of dollars on education when there's no guarantee of a job at the end -- big leap of faith.

I'd also say there's a circular "cheaper housing" <-> "only the man works" that happens for a much larger chunk of the population versus Canada and Europe.

Silly liberals.

Do nothing to stop unskilled workers from filling your lower wage jobs.

Then wonder why wages aren't rising.

Then delude yourself by saying the jobs won't get done if we don't let Manuel in to do them

Workers are a commodity. If you have too many, the value of them is reduced. Right up the line. 10 people need 5 jobs, I can offer minimum.

What happens when I have 5 people for 10 jobs? Each job competes for the worker. Wages go up. Right up the line.

Instead liberals poison supply of laborers, and demand the government fund programs to help people get better paying jobs, because there is an unlimited supply of them,

First they break it, then they claim they can fix it.

All while ignoring how supply and demand works.

I think my favorite part is the universal belief that government financing educations, which has gotten more expensive, with worse results for decades, just needs to be free. Because everyone should be allowed to take a class to study Harry Potter without having to have to go in debt to do it.

So people overuse drugs, making them less able to work.

We like to jail people who break the law too much, and then choose people who don't break the law over people who do break the law.

It's the government's job to train people who dropped out of schools to fill the jobs the corporations need, and the tax payers need to pay for this training so the corporations can maximize profits.

I'm old enough to remember when you were responsible for your decisions.

Finally, the ultimate closure for the liberals dealing with the election

Clinton Campaign May Have Been Too Smart to Win

It makes perfect sense. She was too good for us.

If only she wasn't so smart.

And Anthony Weiner had gotten the help he needed before he accidently downloaded State emails onto the same computer he watched kiddie porn on.

Would you agree that she ran probably the worst campaign in history, with her 2008 campaign not far behind;.

Absolutely. But I think that is more out of incompetence than arrogance.

So you feel the Democrats best choice for president was utterly incompetent, but humble about her incompetence?

No... I think they were too busy looking at the overall polls rather than how the EC worked. One of the reasons Obama won in 2008 over her was because his team understood the individual state setups better than her team. Similarly the extra millions of votes that she won in this election didn't matter because she didn't secure the so-called "firewall" states.

Disagree.

Team Clinton was only good at two things

1. Campaigning

2. Shaking down foreign governments for hundreds of millions of dollars

Her team was made up of the people who knew the EC inside and out.

This is just a make believe excuse to reinforce your befuddlement that Trump won the election by having better ideas.

(Of which they kept a small %)

1. You don't think Trump is going it get a ton of money from Exxon if he can lift sanctions against Russia?

2. The GOP just tabled their ACA 0.50 bill which cuts/guts health care for the 99% a for massive tax cut for the 1%

3. He's up at Mar-a-lago every weekend (at $3m a shot to taxpayers) trotting out cabinet ministers like glorified Wallmart greeters

This is just a make believe excuse to reinforce your befuddlement that Trump won the election by having better ideas.

Trump had almost no ideas -- he rattled off all of the problems and offered almost no solutions. It was all -- "I will tell you in 30 days". And where he had "better ideas" they seem to have vanished into thin air.

It's okay if hillary kept a small percent of her bribes? Okay

Wow, Trump is going to get rich from Exxon? You guys know this because you know the future?

Any Republican who does anything that benefits big oil is going to be paid off...even though it's illegal. Okay

Anything Rs do that affects budget is because they want to give 1%ers a tax cut? More 1%ers supported hillary, but Rs only help rich. Okay

Trump has no ideas, never did. The people who voted for him were stupid deplorable sheep. Okay

Guess why the left is failing?

Never mind you'll never guess.
