I think he plays as NASCAR_1949 at Tilt. Young American kid.http://strategy.pokernews.com/pro/kanekalas?aff=10
looks like a real Renaissance man....he will fit in well in Miami. Is $380 per hour for coaching standard? That's what most upper range law firms bill for junior partners for an hour of work. damn.

Daniel has almost become more of a poker personality than a professional poker player. To dump 250k preparing for a session where you can only win or lose 150k seems silly. His strengths have always and will always be that he is a great tournament player and a great mixed game cash player. He will never be a great NLHE cash game player. Doyle had a great quote about Daniel "Last year he was saying -play a small ball style, now he is 5 betting with 2-5 off suit" Doyle, PA, Ivey, even Durrrr all have their own style of play which they have a great amount of faith in, while Daniel seems to think taking advice from internet sensations who will be broke in 10 years is the way to go. Luckily, he will probably earn about 20 million dollars in endorsements, tourney winnings and TV appearances, both commentating and playing so he can endulge his whims.Personally, I think it is like golf or shooting a game winning jumper -before the moment comes you can talk about it all you want, but when the moment comes you need to have faith and self-confidence based on past experience and success. All he has in NLHE cash games is pain and agony almost every televised or publicized session. I guess if Phil Ivey is the Tiger Woods of poker then Negreanu is the Greg Norman. (btw Norman was always one of my favorite players)Also, enough with the UB and Prahlad bashing - anyone who still plays UB deserves to lose all their money, but I think it is great they have to pay Prahlad to represent them - no one suffered more financially or in loss of confidence than he did, I hope he gets every last dime of theirs he can. PokerStars and Full Tilt's nonsense has already caused High Stakes Poker to be a remnant of what it used to be, as well as these fake 100k buy ins to boost all time winnings, is so sad I am thinking of quitting them and joining Club WPT - lol.

Daniel is about to start playing kangis at 50/100 HU
Daniel won small against him.I don't think Daniel plans on playing again until he plays Isildur tomorrow.

Back to the grind this week and a rematch with a fresh 150k next weekAnd if anyone hasn't already, you can read Daniel's small blog about this afternoons Showdown in the FCP lobby. Playing Cates Heads up probably isnt the smartest of ideas
I must admit I found playing Jungleman as a "warm-up" for Isildur somewhat surprising...

He's prolly former Phills broadcaster Harry Kalas' grandson. From what I've seen. Thus his doing play-by-play at Phils games.
