I'm sure just about everyone has made a bad call or bluff before; however, have you ever played a single hand so badly that after all your money or T-chips are scooped away you just kind of stare off into the distance, wondering who the hell that idiot was that played so poorly? Just one hand where you break down and show absolutely no patience, or discipline. Anyone?! :shock:

it happens every once in a while. i just watch my hands push my chips in as my brain is yelling at me to stop.

When it happens to me it happens over 10-20 hands where I try to make a quick buck and then realise how badly I'm playing and taking a break.

My dumb a$$ raised a guy UTG who was prtty tight and had me out# in chips. It started with 2000 people and there were 150+/- left. I raised him with AJ and he flat called me. KQx on flop and he checked to me. The majority of my chips were already in the middle so I was committed as far as I was concerned. So I pushed all-in and he called me with AK. I got what I deserved.But as I was pressing the raise button I was telling myself to fold.
