I guess call and hope for an over call from the fish. I would rather fold then raise this flop.
The hero acts before MP, so MP can't really get an overcall. If he could, he would benefit very little from the hero's overcall. I understand that neither of us would play Q9s in this manner preflop, by the way.MP's equity 3-way = 16.75 * (52.79600%) = 8.84333MP's equity heads-up = (7 + 6.25) * (70.17700%) = 9.2984525Board: Qd Kh 9dDead: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 28.479% 28.48% 00.00% 3086 0.00 { 6d4d }Hand 1: 52.796% 52.80% 00.00% 5721 0.00 { Qh9h }Hand 2: 18.725% 18.72% 00.00% 2029 0.00 { AKs, AKo }---Board: Qd Kh 9dDead: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 29.823% 29.82% 00.00% 3543 0.00 { AKs, AKo }Hand 1: 70.177% 70.18% 00.00% 8337 0.00 { Qh9h }---

I don't understand your first sentence. Are you asking how we would play flop if we had Q9 instead of 64s ?Also those poker stove stats completely miss the point. I am overcalling because the limp caller is more likely to pay us off when the obvious flush hits then the reg is to fold most better draws or made hands.

I'm asking how would you play as the villain in middle position with Q9s on the flop.

I would lead. If I checked, the pfr bet and sb called I would raise. If I checked, the pfr bet and sb raised I personally would fold, Rush players don't always 3bet KK. I have doubts as to whether they would C/R AJdd type hands type hands then just c/c. However I think the type of villain that limp/calls Q9s preflop would never fold. So i guess raise but just calling would also make sense to the passive l/c kind of player.
