cant beat spike jonze videos from the 90s.
FAAAARK. That wax video didn't make my top 15...........but now I'm reallllllly reconsidering it. Buddy Holly #1 :club: Spike Jonze "praise you" made #15 to start the list off btw. He is VERY prevalent on the list and your quote here is 100% on the spot.If I remember I'll post my daily video on here too...if i remember of course :ts Then again i already ruined #1!

VH1 did an excellent top 100 rock videos of the 90's,. It was either christmas 2009 or 2008. Can't remember. I saw it when I was not at home, and was before remote DVR technology, so by the time I got home I could not find it. I would love to find it though and see it. 90's was the last decade of rock music. Y2K and newer rock is dead (except for a few decent songs, but nothing like it was in the 90's :club: )Just went googling. Found this collection. Not bad.http://new.music.yahoo.com/videos/stations...zMRtNzp.tY0tCUvEDIT: Every time you reload the link, it gives you more videos. Pretty Good selection now!

OBV
A great choice, that spawned a whole bunch of imitators, but for my money, I have to go withhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2taRwe_6afkI remember the first time I saw that video, and I thought it was so hilarious. So blatantly, artlessly gratuitous. Extravagant for extravagance sake alone, it captured a perfect time and place in hip hop imo. Also any buster rhymes video from that era is amazing.

Some quality vids in here. Eddie was 80s so no go. This is basically mid 90's, with a few variants. The countdown has gone as such so far:15) Fatboy slim- Praise you14) A tribe called quest- Scenario13) Master P (no limit) - Make 'em say Ugggggh12) Weird Al - Smells like Nirvana11) Skee lo - I wish10) Green Day - Basketcase9) Presidents of the USA - PeachesFor the record I mixed the values of the videos and songs, along with my memory of how entertained and excited i was about them back during 'the day'.
