I use EFT it takes 4-5 days longer but I plan ahead and it forces me not to be reckless...or if I am I cant gamble for 5 days which works as a good cool down period....long story short....neither.

Never ever ever use instacash. The service fee is absolutely ridiculous. Credit card if I absolutely can't wait. Otherwise, EFT.

My one and only deposit was instacash (I didn't read the small print about the service fee!)After that I have only made withdrawals! :-)
