MapleLeafpoker 1,462
Bah, it's all Arp has on me, and he uses it every year. :DLeaving now.I didnt see this post by Jay, and when we talked tonight, my first words were "You know I just bug you about the jersey since thats all I got on you now". He's dead right, I got nothing to slander him about. I remember when winning an FCHL title had some kind of prestige, dignity. Then Biatch won, and it suddenly had no meaning. Even the village idiot can luckbox into it.

FCP Bob 1,321
How the entry draft went, as per AHL site:2010 AHL DraftROUND 1 PLAYER TEAM POS 6 THE BIG M'S Ryan Johansen CLB F 14 THE BIG M'S Evgeny Kuznetsov WSH F ROUND 2 25 THE BIG M'S Emerson Etem ANA F 37 THE BIG M'S Kiril Petrov NYI F 40 THE BIG M'S Greg Mckegg TOR F ROUND 3 47 SWACKERS Teemu Pulkkinen DET F 54 SWACKERS Matt Taormina NJ D 56 THE BIG M'S Ryan Spooner BOS F ROUND 4 77 THE BIG M'S Tyson Barrie COL D 80 THE BIG M'S Sami Vatanen ANA DAll of the above are my draft picks. Swacker Dave didn't have time to research his picks so I made a trade with him for those picks. He gets my 3rd rounder next year plus Kyle Palmieri and I told him who to draft for me.I went into the draft knowing I was taking Johansen unless somebody in the top 5 really changed their mind and I targeted either Nyquist or Kuznetsov at 14 so was happy to play Russian Roulette with that pick.Of the players who I thought would be there at 25 Etem was the one I was hoping to be available so again was very happy to pick him. My 2 late 2nd round picks I thought I would use one to take a d-man but some d-men went earlier than I thought they would so the value to me was in some forwards. Petrov will be a boom or bust type of player and although I'm not a Leaf homer like Serge is I think they have a winner in McKegg and he has a great name. With my first Swacker pick in the 3rd round I again went for the guy with the cool name. I've had Teemu Selanne on my team a lot over the years so I need a replacement Teemu.I went off the board a bit with Taormina at 54 but I wanted to get some d-men and he's one of those small offensive d-men and had scored 50 points in the AHL last year and the Devils are pretty thin at offense from the blue line. I've had a lot of success over the years with midget offensive defenseman. At 56 I just felt that Spooner was the best player available.I went into the draft pretty much knowing I was using the late picks 77 and 80 on d-men. I was very happy to see Barrie still there at 77, I considered using a 3rd rd pick on him. Daniel wasn't very happy when I took him since that's who he wanted at 79. At 80 I drafted Lubomir JR, Vatanen is basically a clone of Visnovsky. He's a small offensive d-men with great wheels and a cannon of a shot.I think I had a good day.
