I'm going to make a prediction here, in spoilers, that is not in the books. but you shouldn't read if you haven't read the books, as it will reference them I think Stannis dies on this trip. It's clear that the red witch has her eyes on Jon Snow ( as she does in the book) and in the book, Snow dies ( but everyone assumes she's going to resurrect him). Stannis is starting to seem redundant to me. He's going to have an army but when ever the **** Dany gets over to the 7 kingdoms, she's going to have dragons, so he's got no shot anyway. Obviously, you're going to need those dragons to fight the white walkers, but Stannis doesn't seem like somenone willing to compromise with Dany or give up his throne to her, so they work together. Obviously, they could just fight, but.. That seems unlikely. Jon Snow, on the other hand, is the type of man willing two align with anyone, to fight the true enemy. So, Stannis is going to be out, at some point, it doesn't make sense to me, where his plot line goes from here. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
