Okay, that being the case, those same people have 100 other choices to do the exact same thing. Literally no one is harmed if they put down a shovel, but if they do, it upsets a whole lot of citizens. Now, you can argue that if they give up on the plan extremists will strike, so not going through would be dangerous, but, really, is that how we should do business? In this situation any way you look at it the extremists win, which is a travesty because it did not have to go down this way, we could have done any number of things.
