The new prop on the craps table (All Big, All Small, or All or Nothing) are awesome. Basically a prop that says you can't roll 2,3,4,5, and 6, or 8,9,10,11,12 or all 10 of those numbers before you roll a 7. It pays 35-1/35-1/175-1

It's not really a system.

I bet on the pass line plus max odds behind, then I bet on the come and Max odds on that, then one more come bet so I have 3 pointers out there. If any of them are even numbers I out one bet equivalent to my pass line bet on the hard way for those numbers. I don't do any other bets.

This particular roll the guy kept rolling hard 4s and 8s so I would have won a bunch.

The come bets and pass line bets are the lowest house edge you can get, and the hard ways are sucker bets but it doesn't feel like it because if I hit the soft version I'm still winning big so I don't feel the rake as much, so psychologically, it's more fun 😄 I never bet hard ways if I don't have a pointer out on that number so I win either way. It really compounds your wins when the hard ways come in so you can go on massive rushes. I also don't chase losses which often results in me getting all or most of my money out there and going 7 out quick and being done for the session, but the heaters can be fun.

"7 out" is the worst feeling in gambling as an entire table of shoulders sag and all the money gets pulled off the table.

Only thing worse is split, split, split, double, double, double against a 6 in blackjack and dealer makes a hand. This is why i love free bet blackjack. No soul crushing hands.

It's a blackjack variant where all splits (all pairs eligible less than TT) and all doubles on 9,10,11 are free. So you get paid as though you were matching your bet but you don't actually have to put the money out. You can split multiple times and double on splits if the opportunity presents. The catch is, like blackjack switch if you've played it, all bets push if dealer makes 22.

I've had a hand where I had a $25 bet and 5 free bet tokens out on 1 hand, so I'm basically risking $25 to win $150 if the dealer busts

It's fun because you never have those crippling hands, also, it is mathematically correct to take the free double whenever you can, even with a 9 against a face card or A. It's just a fun game, usually we get the whole table including the dealer yelling out "FREE DOUBLE" at every opportunity.

Overall, it is about equal or slightly worse than regular blackjack odds wise over the long run.

Going thursday-Sunday.

If all is going well, I will put in futures bets of Clippers for NBA, Habs for NHL and Chiefs or Falcons superbowl.

I liked all 3 of those before season started, Falcons is just a hunch.

I will report back on tuesday with trip report.

Back from Vegas lots of ups and downs, at the end baccarat and a bad jump run was my undoing. Stayed at Caesars as its centrally located plus its free.

Bad beat of the weekend was Raptors under vs denver, as OT showed its ugly head.

Met cousin Sal at the Caesars sportsbook on Saturday night, and must say as far as tv people go this guy was probably one of the best I've met.

I know he's not big time celeb but it was still cool to have a fellow deeg shoot the shit with about sundays games. He gave me 2 picks so I parlayed them Jags and Rams.

For those that don't know result, both were mooses very bad mooses.

Those football plays summed up the weekend, but I did get a chance to play craps and rolled a 7 on my first roll both times after setting a point. I know why I don't like craps, I hate people losing money because of me. I would rather roll if I am alone.

Now on to blackjack wtf have they done to this game. 6-5 tables are a complete, no even money when you have BJ, no double downs on splits, and no doubling down on 8's or 9's.

Caesars now has the free bet BJ that Dubey posted back in July, gave that a go and the even money on 22 is just a killer. I will only play 3-2 BJ from now on.

Food wise we did 3 buffets Caesars, Bellagio, and Planet Hollywood. I think PH is the best value and the Middle Eastern section rocks. Missed out on Eggslut don't understand the hype.

Off to Atlantis next week hoping for a better outcome!

My gut feel is always the best bet. Too bad the only time I listen to it, is when it asks for food.

2 important announcements, both relevant to the Vegas thread.

1. I've just booked my next Vegas trip. July 13-17th. Taking my brother in Law for his first Vegas trip (He's 23). Any suggestions on what we should do to make his first trip memorable? I've been so many times now I forget what it was like my first time.

Will also be attending the World Series of Darts PDC event final day on July 15th and I'm really pumped about that.

2. Wife and I are expecting our second child (another boy) at the end of September. I think this is the thread where all baby announcements are made if I remember correctly.
