I'm going to take a different line here.I'm folding the after the flop. It's SO obvious that when the villain leads out he clearly has set or 45. At least that's what I'm putting him on. You've got to throw it away here. When you're beat, you're beat.

This is a fold or jam preflop. If you call you're gonna be playing postflop with about a 2:1 stack:pot ratio out of position vs what is usually a strongish range. AJo sucks and you're not gonna turn a profit long term. You also open up squeeze possibilities where you don't see the flop or get it in marginally.This is gonna be a fold a lot more often than it is a jam.Postflop bet/call or check/raise all in on the flop.
