Bryz doesn't plan on playing another year, and the Oilers have a horrible reputation throughout the league. No reputable goalie is going to sign there if they have any other feasible option. Their only chance is to trade for a goalie who doesn't have a NTC. Ryan Miller "might" sign there if it's an overpayment and it's a retirement contract, but he will get throttled there.
