This lawsuit should violate Rule 11 of civil procedure (banning obviously pointless lawsuits) and Lohan should be fined for bringing it (and her lawyer should be reprimanded).What a waste of judicial resources. You can't ****ing copyright the name Lindsay. Especially when you are a has been at age 20. I dont know why but this really tilts me.
