David_Nicoson 1
As a general principle, if you ever find yourself insisting that someone extend courtesy that etiquette demands, you're not educating them, you're being an *******.
Shark527 0
He called. Show your hand. yep, i agree, you are first to act, show your hand. I agree the other guy is also being a douche but so are you.hmmm I did a verbal . when reading some of the responsesI did not have an actual argument with this person about who shows who. He showed his hand to the table, everyone knows what he has, our casino does NOT have a rule about showing. The only thing I repeated to him was that he had the winner, just show and take the pot. Why would he want to see my hand?As soon as it started to get truly frustrating is when I stood up sliding my cards in. I didn't break the "rule" but maybe I was being shady in the etiquette department. All I knew in that situation was that he had the winner, everyone knew it, and he wanted to see a busted player who was not going to rebuy, losing hand. Thats how I view etiquette.
BaseJester 1
The dealer gets tired of he bantering and flip over the cards. You misunderstand what happened here. The dealer didn't make an emotional decision to show the hand based on his preference; he enforced the rules as he is required to do.

If you muck, then I guess too bad for him, but you should show first, it's his mistake for showing.
