Antonio Esfandiari Skips Day 1; Still Has 14,350 in ChipsLevel 6: 200-400, 50 anteTournament director Matt Savage informed us that two players registered for the tournament but never showed up yesterday. Their chip stacks were introduced into the field at the end of Level 3, when registration closed, and blinded off according to the speed of play at the table.One of those players was Antonio Esfandiari, who survived to Day 2 with 14,350 -- without playing a single hand. The other player (we don't have his name) reportedly finished with about 15,000 in chips.

It seems that Daniel's opponent is named Jesse James and he was an online qualifer from the WPT online site which I think is subscription based so I doubt he's a serious player. He probably just went nuts trying to outplay Daniel.
