It's actually a common move in the micros, Rush or not. I still haven't figured out whether it's because micro players get so excited at a big hand that they just shove and hope to get called, or whether there is actually some strategy there ("I'm going to shove to make it look like a bluff because he would expect me to bet smaller with a big hand to entice a call").
