delved 0
Exile was an excellent idea. The only thing wrong with idols is that they're finding it after one clue, or sometimes none (Russell) They definitely need to make it a tougher thing to find, and further away from camp. Tehtoe 3
I think it basically just showed that Parv isn't scared of Russell at all and is much more in control of the game than he is. Guarantee nothing comes of it.

Guarantee nothing comes of it.ok we'll see. I'm on the fence. I don't know why Parvati would want to show Russell that she isn't scared of him. Her best play if she wants to get rid of him is blindsiding him and making him think he's in complete control. I think Russell will probably still be on board with Parvati, but I think she is making a big mistake aligning with Sandra.
bleacherbum3 9
I definitely agree with this. The immunity challenge has little bearing on alliance power right now, where it use to have so much more meaning. I'm definitely not against idols, I think they make the game better but when they are getting played week after week the producers need to stop putting them back in right away or come up with a better strategy. Also, the clues to the idols are so freakin specific they might as well just put them right in the tree mail box. Personally I liked Exile Island and placing a single idol there for the taking (With a set of DIFFICULT clues to get it). The person who got nominated to the island had the only shot at it and it added a lot more strategy to the game because it mattered who you sent over.Yup. Exactly.
Mercury69 3
I don't think Parv is aligning with Sandra, per se. I tought she was pretty much buying a jury vote. And I'm pretty sure she'll be able to chill Russell out with some kind of explanation. Things will settle down for them. they just need to keep an eye on Sandra and, perhaps, flip Amanda over to them.

I also don't think she wants to get rid of Russell; I mean I guess she could in the future, but I would think she would WANT to take him to the FTC if at all possible. vbnautilus 49
While Parvati made a great move, she also showed her whole hand in the process. At this point she no longer has the advantage of 1) an immunity idol or 2) a secret from Russell or 3) Russell's total trust. I really hope it doesn't come down to Sandra as the swing vote next week, but I'm pretty confident it's not going to be that straightforward. I really don't think there is any other form of entertainment with rivals Survivor.

She really lost a lot of her power and made herself a way bigger target in my mind.

dna4ever 2
One of the stars on "Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains" was arrested in Louisiana early this morning after cops say he attacked somebody at a street festival.Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Russell Hantz -- the runner-up from "Survivor: Samoa" -- was partying at the Festival International de Louisiane, when he allegedly "shoved" somebody to the pavement.Cops say Hantz was immediately arrested by Lafayette City Police -- and taken to a nearby jail.Hantz was eventually released. But get this, Hantz is still in contention to win "Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains" -- which is airing now on CBS ... and yes, he's one of the "villains."TMZ has obtained the mug shot of Russell Hantz -- the "Survivor: Samoa" runner-up who was arrested this morning in Louisiana. As we first reported, Hantz -- who's currently starring on "Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains" -- allegedly shoved somebody down while partying at the Festival International de Louisiane.Hantz was arrested by the Lafayette City Police and eventually released. Ottawa_Biatch 288
so does this mean he is voted off next week if he already is louisiana? like how far ahead are the episodes in terms of real time? im guessing just one week?
hblask 1
Very entertaining episode, things are really in chaos now.My first response to Parvati's move was that it was the best move ever, even beating Russell's great moments. But the more I think about it, I'm not so sure. She figured out she was safe this week, plus she had two idols. Now she's got a fragmented tribe and no idols. Does she have a plan? I assume she does, but I don't know what it would be. She's unlikely to keep Sandra close, despite Sandra getting one of the idols at tribal.Russell doesn't seem to have a chance, but he's been in bad spots before.... if I had to guess, I'd say the heroes have the upper hand now, due to Sandra. I think this season was already done filming before the Samoa finale aired.Which is why I gave Russell a decent shot. He's the only survivor this season that no other player has seen play before. They didn't get to see him play, but they did tell the survivors that he is one of the five most notorious players to ever play the game of Survivor.
Vatche 0
i think the hero 4 are going to stick together, i dont see amanda going with parv...and now, the heroes are going to trust sandra...so if sandra wants russell gone, he's in troublebut who knows, russell will probably find a hidden idol next time he goes to take a shit or something...you never know with him
Voldemort 0
Great episode. Can't believe no one mentioned this yet.Amanda sucks so bad anytime she has to talk. It is her fault, 100%, that Parv didn't play one of the idols on herself. Amanda is so damn wishy washy and couldn't do something as simple as look Parv in the face, with conviction and tell her without a doubt, "The Heroes are all voting for you!"Once she saw Amanda's face, Parv knew she was full of shit and hatched her plan to give them both away. She went with her read and was dead on.Granted, if she plays one and gives the other to Jerri, doesn't matter but if Amanda is convincing, she probably just protects herself and keeps the one Russell doesn't know about still hidden. When Amanda was talking to Parv all I could do was flash back to is the final tribal when she was a bumbling idiot. That being said, I love this show so much. This season has surpassed all expectations imo.
