Poor Candice. Isn't she a medical doctor? She's probably had to put up with a lot of sexist attitudes to get where she's at in her chosen profession. I think she may be over sensitive to the boys being boys in the jungle thing because of this.

Wow, did they really do that?I mean, I guess I see their logic, but giving away immunity is just dumb. The only people who can stop Russell and Parvati are each other.

Two immunity idols and five strong into the merge. Interesting to see what Russell's spin will be about keeping Parvati.

I haven't watched anything but the first couple minutes yet, and them making Sandra seem brilliant makes me want to puke all over.

Is there any possibility that the immunity idol given to Russell was a fake and JT did a switcharoo. There is no evidence, it makes no sense and I extremly doubt it. But it would be the all-time move by JT.

well, coach went home last weak, and she's the one that coned russell into getting rid of coach

No. Russell already had an immunity idol so he knows what they look like. I love how Russell has total control. Parvati tried to save Courtney and it didn't work. Also, it was a dumb move. Sandra talks way too much, but I think she'll run herself a hole with both sides. Merge will be interesting.

Giving the idol over was one thing, but writing that ridiculous note is the dumbest thing in survivor history. Also, nice chick writing JT. Dudes don't write in cursive. And yeah that whole idol debacle was bad, but getting rid of Courtney instead of Sandra was a huuuuge mistake. How did they figure that Sandra is more trustworthy than Courtney? There is no way in hell Sandra stays with the villain alliance. Horrible move.Am I the only Sandra fan? She is so awesome lol.

I love Sandra, but I thought she was a goner for sure. I honestly don't understand how Parvati didn't get her way on Courtney.

I thought Sandra was gone for sure. How is it the votes all went to Courtney (except for Courtney's)? Maybe they were more afraid of C flipping to be with Amanda (?) and they are fairly certain, and rightly so, that Sandra will be unable to solidify an alliance. And, yes, it will be entertaining top see what kind of BS russell cooks up to cover the fact that Parv is still there. I suspect it'll be something like "They all wanted to get rid of Courtney cause she was freaking out, but I didn't know because they don't talk about it in front of me, so I played the idol anyway"

I see the point of trying to get Russell with them and 'saving him' but that was just a stupid stupid move. So gullable.I think Russell made 2 mistakes though last night. First off he didn't have to show the others the idol & letter, there's no question I think he should've kept that info to himself. It's a possible bargaining chip down the road. The other mistake was getting rid of Courtney over Sandra. I don't know why he was so stuck on getting rid of her this week. Sandra is just as weak and there's absolutely no way she's more trustworthy than Court. Sandra's got the biggest mouth on the island and can't keep a secret at all. She'd flip in a heartbeat and won't be afraid to share everything she knows to the heroes. I think Sandra is one of the most dangerous players on the villain tribes after the merge. One thing is for sure, she's going to put this "all girl alliance" thing to rest.

Not a fan. She plays the game well, but it's a boring game to watch, at least compared to Russell. At least in her season it was. She just didn't do anything and played a passive game that was unexciting to watch. Not saying it isn't effective, but I love a game like Parvati and Russell's.

Sandra has to much attitude for me. She is the type that always thinks she is right or better than everyone. she is a person that could screw up big time and would never take responsibility. can not stand her!

Why should she take responsibility? They are playing survivor, she is trying to win. I think her attitude is a strong point. She puts people on guard and they don't want to be called out. Danielle pretty much crumbled when they started arguing at tribal council. She destroys anyone in the jury deliberation if she is able to make it to the end again. And Sandra has a huge ally in Rupert. I remember watching the interviews at the beginning of the season and they were both hoping that they would be in the same tribe. Sandra has already flipped and they haven't merged yet. I'm predicting that there is going to be an immunity idol used next week if they merge. You never know though Russell has a way of convincing people that he is on their side. I just don't see it happening though with Sandra still in the game.

I think people are being fairly results-oriented when discussing JT giving the idol away. It's certainly not good/smart, but it's not incredibly dumb either. In a vacuum it's an ok idea that he prob shouldn't make without knowing anything about Russell but at least he's thinking/trying to make moves to further himself in the game while the rest of the Heroes tribe drool on themselves.

yeah it was a bad move, but nowhere near the worst move. The kid who gave his challenge immunity idol away the season Parvati won was by far the worst move. James leaving the game with 2 immunity idols was worse. The guy giving up in the final 3 the season Tom won was worse. Tyson's vote this season was even worse in my opinion.I still can't get past the note JT wrote though. What a pansy.

I think a worse move than giving away the idol was not getting rid of Sandra. The thing with here is that she has no problem letting people know what's going on. She speaks her mind. Courtney might've stuck with the alliance or flipped, who knows, but I don't think she would be as vocal as Sandra.

Wow. If they do merge next week, it's gonna be a pretty interesting episode. 5 vs 5, which means nothing. Russell has made himself to be on the outs of his tribe, which is totally untrue. Would someone like Amanda maybe flip sides? (she has never really liked Colby and doesn't trust JT at all) Sandra probably would flip as well, she's the complete odd one out on her tribe. Then you have Russell with an idol that the Heroes may or may not know he still has. Parvati has an idol, but only Danielle knows she has it. I still think Russell needs to be very careful and not count on riding Parvati all the way to the end. I have a feeling she's gonna burn him. Also I don't agree with keeping Sandra over Courtney. I think she's more dangerous and a greater detriment to the Villains' side.

1st time I can remember a survivor having/using a pen before. The note was pretty cheesy too.I don't like Sandra at all, but I don't think she's stupid or a sucker. She doesn't seem to be enough of a people person to bond or be in a strong alliance, but she does know how to save her own ass when necessary.

This is only speculation on my part, but it seems like in the all star seasons they are given more stuff. Like more clothes, sometimes the girls hair is all done up before tribal council, etc.

Good thought. It might be that JT knew he had a target on his back while holding the idol, so this may have factored into that decision
