CobaltBlue 662
So, I hate to say this, but with the 2+2 regs abandoning the site in droves, fish action at mid-stakes is fairly easy to come by (even at non-peak hours)...and it's very fishy. I'd never tell them that over at 2+2.Basically Bodog's "plan" is working...it just happens to be at the expense of opening the botting and collusion gates. =/ I do feel that I can probably not personally worry too much about those issues since I mostly play HU, and this might be arrogant, but I think I still have an edge even factoring them in. I do suppose they could tangentially hurt me by hurting the player pool.
QED 4
Isn't the suggestion that Bodog want all the regs gone anyway so this is just working in thier favour?
Ninja Ace 1
****ing regs, generating tons of money in rake for me, GTFO!
CobaltBlue 662
Isn't the suggestion that Bodog want all the regs gone anyway so this is just working in thier favour?Correct.****ing regs, generating tons of money in rake for me, GTFO!Well, the conspiracy theories abound. One is that they're trying to diminish the poker room to keep the DOJ away. Another is that they're trying to destroy the poker room to make sure people lose their money in the casino and on sports. QED 4
Yeah, generating rake is only a concern if you don't have other ways to get all of peoples deposits. People that withdraw suck for them, they want you to lose it all to them on sports or whatever.
XXEddie 0
Pretty sure I wanna puke. T8 v 99 on 976 board for like a $900 pot at 1/3. We run it twice, and he binks the river both times. This is all.
SuperJon 175
Pretty sure I did puke last night, but that was likely due to my first time drinking in over a year.Sorry to hear that though Eddie, that's gotta really hurt.

XXEddie 0
I was honestly surprised I didn't punch something.... Not exactly because of the beat, yeah that sucked, but because everybody at the table felt it was necessary to remind me how 'sick' it was. "Dude, man... That's really sick""Yes, I know, I was there.""But, dude, you aren't suppose to lose both of them..that's gotta be like a 1 in 10 shot""Go **** a landmine"
KingJames 11
Played for a few hours today: games were great but I ran/played awfully at the beginning. Lost 3 pennies which is lol, but I was starting to lose focus and this Army Navy game is pretty good so I'm going to watch that and maybe play more later.lol regs:

KingJames 11
I think it's safe to assume he's going to show you the nuts a lot.But if he ever value jams JJ or KJ... we'd have to reevaluateAnd if he thinks your range to bet three streets and call a jam is limited to the nuts and that you'll bet/fold teh queens we would also have to reconsider...But vs "anonymous"- I would assume its the nuts and pat myself on the back. Plus, a lot of the hands that we beat he might call this bet with will likely put in a river bet as well

Obviously I lamented not going that route once he shoved the river on me. I do think he's more likely to call a bet with AK on the river than bet it himself, but that may not be enough justification.
