trystero 0
Wow...that's deep. Totally lost on what to do. To be honest I'm not even comfortable 4-betting pf, and his flop raise definitely sucks
meservery 0
Fold first time, fold second time. That is a hand that NLHE players think is pretty but has got so many holes in it that it could double for an episode of lost. Your flush draws are to the second nuts and third nuts. Out of the 6 possible combos in your hand, only KQ and 46 are playable. So you can never make any kind of wrap draws. You are also OOP to half the table. Then you get 3bet by a short stack at 25 PLO which is AA 97% of the time (the other 3% it is AAKK)Great post. Thanks.I think single suited I am always dumping. I probably open way too many double suited hands from all positions. But what about meta game reasons for doing something spewy like this? QED 4
Villain is tagged as 4 tabling rush and from China (lol colludaments?) 15/7 over 250 hands. "called squeeze oop with T7s, CO vs HJ" - is a note I have on him from a previous hand Not sure what to put him on here at all given the previous hand we played and the flop is ugly against a normal regs range. SuperJon 175
So I played this hand tonight, and it reminded of the quoted below. Converting hands till the cows come homePokerStars No-Limit Hold'em $0.25/$0.50 - 6 playersBB: $100.00 UTG: $81.00 UTG+1: $98.05 CO: $54.00 (Hero)Button: $51.75 SB: $73.15 Preflop: ($0.75) Hero is CO with (6 players)2 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, 2 folds, BB calls $1Flop: ($3.25) :D (2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $2, BB raises to $5.50, Hero calls $3.50Turn: ($14.25) (2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $9, BB foldsHero collected $13.55(Rake: $0.70) Villain is 27/23I think his value range here is super narrow on a board this dry, and he's rarely (if ever) going to have what he's trying to rep, which I would imagine to be 66 or 33.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comSB ($36.60)BB ($25.35)UTG ($42.63)MP ($25)Hero (CO) ($25.42)Button ($25)Preflop: Hero is CO with A , J 2 folds, Hero bets $0.75, 2 folds, BB calls $0.50Flop: ($1.60) K , 3 , 6 (2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $1.25, BB raises to $4.25, Hero raises to $11.50, 1 foldTotal pot: $10.10 | Rake: $0.50 If your going to go to war, why not just float the c/r and shove over his turn bet. Encourages him to put more dead money in, gives you a chance to suck out with the Ace(on turn/river), lets you put the last bet in and gives you more information in terms of turn bet size.
