This deserves to get seen by a few more people. From our resident Stupidhead...v1.27Feral Cow Poker Hand ConverterHEM/Poker Stars NL Hold'em $1.00/$2.00 - 6 playersButton: $237.98SB: $200.00BB: $60.00

I remember when this thread was all about how bad KJ was at 3betting

He's probably not flatting KJ's raise otf if he had a2. Besides, A2 is such a small portion of his range here, we are never ever ever ever ever ever ever folding the turn. People are stupid, they do

This is a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if someone could help me out with a transfer. I need 200$ on ps for 210$ on ftp.
Starting to think i should really consider going back to FTP if i can get my hands on a rakeback account. If i do, that's about the size of my BR.

I didn't want to reraise, because his range is like wtf and I'm in position, but I fell back on an old maxim: when a big fish shows interest in a pot, just go all inFull Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comMP ($25)Button ($22.60)SB ($25.10)BB ($27.99)Hero (UTG) ($27.15)Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q :club:, Q :DHero bets $0.75, 3 folds, BB calls $0.50Flop: ($1.60) 4 :ts, 6 :3h, 3 :D(2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $1.10, BB raises to $2.50, Hero calls $1.40Turn: ($6.60) Q :jh(2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $3.33, BB raises to $9, Hero raises to $23.90 (All-In), BB calls $14.90River: ($54.40) A :D(2 players, 1 all-in)Total pot: $54.40 | Rake: $2.72Results:BB had Q :qh, A :4h (two pair, Aces and Queens).Hero had Q :5c, Q :D (three of a kind, Queens).Outcome: Hero won $51.68

this hand annoyed me. BB was a big nit over ~200 hands so I just wanted to c/f the turn but didn't.btw it was the largest pot I lost in the 350 hand session. and I was down $46. the biggest pot I won was $2.14. I don't think I've ever had a dry spell like that before. it's funny to look at my 35 cent wins: KK/QQ/AK/AJ/KQ/TT etc etc uncontested, no callers. gf was watching me play poker for the first time, too, but fortunately since she couldn't keep up w/the 8 tables she didn't know I was losing all over the place. Would you rather bet the flop to get value from PP and maybe A2 or check since the flop is really dry and you can induce him much wider on the turn?I'd believe a decent player would be more inclined to float a c-bet here than invest his chips in a pot you would c-bet like 99% of the time IP

I flubbed the conclusion to my speech pretty badly (like really badly) and I am sad about thatI'm typically a very confident person but public speaking owns my soul so hard
