What I think I read is that you only need a passport card to get into Canada, which was great because it's cheaper and easier to carry. But to get back into the US you need a real passport. It makes no sense. Same situation for our cruise in Sept. One way only requires a passport card but the other way requires and actual passport book. Link to post Share on other sites
