cuddlesgeage 0
I have just bought a fake ID. It is of very high quality with a nice hologram. I do not know whether or not it scans so let's assume it does not.I am 18. I am told time and time again that I look like I am 26 because of my full beard. In addition, I act more mature than most. This weekend, I would like to head down to Atlantic City for some poker and maybe some blackjack. What is the best casino to attempt to sneak in to? Do you have any general advice for me? Is there anything that I should know?Any input is greatly appreciated.Thank you

Jariso13 1
Drive to Turningstone and play legally.
Boners_Galore 0
In all honesty it's not a good idea. The days of simply going to the showboat where no one used to check your id are over. The pressure of playing with the fact that they can scoop you up at any minute when one of the floor asks for you id is a lot to bear when you're trying to focus on playing your best game. If you decide to go for it (which I again, really don't condone) you should go to Ceasars or the Trop. I have a baby face so I get carded at Borgata about ten times before I sit down. Turningstone is definitely a viable alternative. A little bit of a hike, but its legal. It would be a fun road trip if you had any friends that wanted to go, its about 4-5 hours from central jersey. Its in Verona, NY. I recommend it. Many a good trip to the ol' stone. Regardless, good luck with whatever decision you make. I'll be at the Borgata this weekend. Favorable flops. CoolHandKai 0
Sting operation or just plain stupidity? Regardless, the answer is the same for both cases: Don't break the law.

Mercury69 3
Shave. The hot dealer chicks don't dig facial hair. And don't offer any kind of an explanation. The minute you start talking is the minute they start thinking you're trying something.
supfreak26 0
I say go somewhere legal. You'll have enough to worry about at the tables without worrying about getting booted or worse.
eYank 0
I went in August right after my 21st birthday and I look younger. But the second I went up the elevator into the Caesars casino and immediately got carded by security as well as at every table I went to play at
Boners_Galore 0
"LOL @ everyone saying dont do it! dont break the law! haha youre gonne get carded when you sit at tables but they dont scan anything...theyre gonna look at your ID and hand it right back and say gl.."It depends on the floor person. Some are pretty skilled at picking off a fake. True, no one is going to scan the id, but at the same time its very possible that you'll get one that can pick off a fake. The truth of the matter is that a fake is a fake and none is perfect. It's really the luck of the draw upon whether or not you get someone that's really gonna study it or just hand it right back. Good luck. Turningstone.
TrueAce13 18
like, i mean its all up to you, but if you do get caught chances are you wont be allowed to play at a lot of places. And i look young as hell really didn't get id'ed that much there...Borgata was a different story tho

Good luck. Turningstone.Plus, by presenting a Fake ID you have now increased the number of Laws you are breaking. Playing underage is one thing and would likely just result in getting escorted off of the Property. Possessing AND attempting to use a Fake ID are more serious crimes - increasing the risk of wider bans and actually getting law enforcement involved. And then if you use it to purchase Alcohol and provide the booze to other underage friends - that is even more potential legal trouble. In most States the fake ID is just a misdemeanor, but I think in some states you might be looking at potential Felonies for some of these offenses.

OP, if you are legal age at Turningstone that is the way to go. It is simply not worth the risk.
wildspoke 2
Do whatever you want but if you're that nervous you're going to get caught maybe you should reconsider. Turningstone is a nice alternative. Who doesn't like a good road trip? However, if you do go and you do get carded. Just say, "Is it that obvious?" They'll say, "what?" And you say, "That it's my first time in a casino."If you're going to sell a lie, make sure you have some truth to go along with it.

coug2828 8
why does anyone care if this guy gets arrested for using a fake id at the casino?besides, read the second line of the OP again...this guy will be back in about a week trying to sell fake id's at a discount, hoping to do business long term. StrippersNBlow 0
I would definitely get some practice using it other places first. Confidence is everything. I worked the door at different bars back in the day, and the quiet kid who was trying to be invisible would always get picked out of a crowd and carded. So would the guy being super friendly, shaking your hand, making a big deal out of being your pal, would inevitably have no ID or get into a fight later. Do it quick, because I'm about to forward this thread to the department of homeland security.
colonel Feathers 5
Go to a liquor store , attempt to buy beer, and see how well your card works first. Then go for it. Live life to the fullest, for tomorrow you may be dead.
GOCUBSGO 77
At my casino, you can't even get onto the casino floor without having your ID swiped at one of the many entrance points. I'm sure this is unlikely to happen at larger casinos, but just saying be careful what you do

Do you have any general advice for me? Working at a casino, it is kinda easy to spot the Non-gov made ID's... they had us and every employee go through TONS of fake ID training... if it is legit but just a picture of someone else, you will be ok. Security will look to see if the ID is real or fake. then he will look at the picture, followed by the height/weight... and obviously the DOB. dont look away when they are holding the ID and looking at you... dont smile or anything, just act like you get carded often, and when they ask "can i see your id please?" just say "suuurrrrrreeee" while you pull it out quickly. dont hesitate and pretend that you cant find it.
