That is too bad because google has been my search weapon of choice since it first came out. Bing is getting playtime now though, and appears to be quite a suitable replacement. That is too bad because google has been my search weapon of choice since it first came out. Bing is getting playtime now though, and appears to be quite a suitable replacement. SCYUKON 0 Posted March 20, 2011 Share Posted March 20, 2011 lol wat?Was just surfing around Wattsupwiththat.com and noted a suggestion on there that if enough GW skeptics quit using google as their search engine, it may send google a signal (if they noticed a decline in users) to stick to what they do best, which is being a fantastic search engine, and stay away from taking a political stance on an issue. I know many people who in private are closet skeptics but don't like to put their position forward in public. Not using google is a fairly safe, albeit miniscule, form of resistance. Have to start somewhere though.Will be curious to see how the polititians change their political stance once the issue has swung in the other direction (if it has not already). ADD to this that about 90% of the last quarter inch was documented with instrumentation that would be considered substandard by today's standards. Also, global warming is a computer model, and the performance of the real system is stubbornly disobeying the computer model. It would be funny if the alarmists weren't so serious.
