RISEorFall 0
50PLO on Full Tilt. i dont have the HH, because my power blinked right after this hand. .25/.50 blindsim sittin with $50villain has ~17Hero has K K Q J 1 fold, 1 call, HERO raises to 2.25, folds around to BB (villain) who raises pot (8.75), limper folds, HERO....ok the amounts may not be exactly accurate but theyre close. the only read i have is from playing LHE with him and he's awful. like raising J2s utg awful. defending BB to a 3bet with J3o awful. never seen him play omaha tho. from my read playing LHE i'd say there's a chance he doesnt have AAxx here, but i still think that's the majority of his range. we shove or see a flop then decide for the rest of his stack afterwards? i chose to call and save myself $11 or whatever if i really didnt like the flop.HERO callsflop: Q 8 4 (suits may have been different. it was rainbow and there was 1 heart, so close enough)villain shoves for ~11 as expectedyeah i know this is really just straight pot odds vs what i think his ranges are, but im curious to see replies anyway. qnshustler 0
With forewarning that I'm pretty new to PLO but I have been playing the micro PLO tables exclusively and very successfully for the past couple weeks...With villains stack size and your description of him I don't see anything wrong with getting it in preflop. If his stack was closer to ours I would probably flat to see a flop in position. On that flop after his shove I believe it's probably a call depending on the range you give him a bit obviously, but it is close. Hope some math people can elaborate on this one.. dingas 0
The size of the pot on the flop is what like $25, and villain shoved for $11, giving you over 3:1 odds. It seems like a pretty easy call since you have 7 immediate outs to beat AA plus some back door draws. You may be unlucky and he has QQ, but on balance it seems like an easy call.Preflop I could go either way. It feels like one of those situations where pushing, calling, and folding all run about equal in EV. Though because you said villain may not have AA 100%, I guess that means you should go with the hand. This reminds me a lot of a hand I had a while back where I had TT98ds and I raised a bunch of limpers and got limp-reraised for like half my stack (i think it was .25/.5 and we were both pretty deep). That was a really tough decision.
rrumsey 0
i mean it is almost always going in anyways so either is ok, i guess it isn't horrible to take a flop and see a lack of an ace

RISEorFall 0
If "immediate outs" means "on the turn", I count 4 to improve past AA.2 Ks, 2 Qs, 3 Js? depending on his cards, of course. i count 7. with bd flush and double gutter bd straight i count about 8 outs total.
