Simmonds has zero shot of getting on either of the top two lines, so more than 10 goals and more than 30 points will be a big reach for him. I would project him for the 4th line, personally, but he's a good player to be sure. Needs a trade to reach full potential, he just has too many young guys in his way to get the big minutes on LA...ever.

It is too much but there are no other options really. The money is there to spend and it can't be carried over into the next season. Plus there will be no better players to be had for $8 at the free agent draft.

Good news out of Mustangs camp is that recently re acquired Maxim Afinogenov is with Atlanta looking for a contract.Its not the ideal location as I have Antropov, however its better than Russia.Sign him.
