JoeyJoJo 18
Hot damn, Joey. I think you're going to need to link us to the good posts.I don’t think that’s proper usage of “hot damn.” Isn’t hot damn used when excited about something in a positive manner? Therefore, I must reject your request.
beans-n-icewater 18
It's not like someone fired an M-16 at them from the back of an ATV or anything.OVER THEIR HEADS...It worked....they robbed the neighbors insteadWould you like to play a game?Wargames?Sex in the City...Oh...So you went from WarGames starring Matthew Broderick to his wife Jessica Parker to Sex in the City? I guess that makes sense.dammitSo what was with the law that said you couldn't take Coors across state lines?East of the Mississippi....Thats why the Bandit went from Georgia to Texarkana.... they say it couldnt be done in twenty eight hours, plus the whole bootlegging thingIt would have been perfectly legal to transport it from, say, Missouri to TexasWell, probably not since Bo and Cletus probably wouldve kicked in the door at the Missouri warehouse like they did in TexarkanaI could go on but Ive already shamed myself enough

Randy Reed 0
I'd feel safer staying where I was and waiting for the hundred cops to come flying in and taking my chances that the guy would not come back to the scene of the crime rather than chasing after him and creating a situation where he is almost forced to shoot at me.Yeah, but it's so much more fun to chase the guy down and blow him away. DCJ001 0
The fact that this account still exists reflects badly on the moderators, imho. Some moderators here in FCP seem to know how things are here, but also seem to encourage the behavior that you find distasteful by not moderating to the standards that you seem to expect. But seriously though, if you are going to get real life offended because someone e-called you out or a e-made fun of you. This is probably not the forum.and how does being called a point of sale system offend you anyways?

SuitedAces21 2,723
So I go to sleep last night and suddenly I find myself in a classroom. It is bright, very birght. So bright its blinding. I cant see anything. Out of nowhere appears an old man, in a grey sport coat and blue bow tie. He asks me how to reattach a limb. I must have missed that, sir. I dont know. He asks me for my left arm. What? Just twist and pull, he says. So I do. My arm slides off and I hand it to him. He shakes his head and tosses it aside. He asks me again. How do you reattach a limb? I told you, dammit. I dont know. Your right arm, please. Powerless against his will he removes my right arm. He laughs at me and walks away. Then I'm in a boat, armless, sailing towards a distant shore. I hear a noise. Something is crashing against the side of the boat. I look over the edge and see hundreds of arms floating in the water. I scream in horror. But my nightmare continues. I reach the shore and get out of the boat. I walk a little ways and find myself standing at an operating table. A nurse holds out a scalpel, but I cant take it, I have no arms. I look down at the patient, dying slowly before my eyes. The nurse screams at me, DO SOMETHING YOU BASTARD. But there is nothing I can do. The patient dies. And I wake up.

Allie 0
Back in the late 80's my dad was the chief prosecutor in Calgary (what you Americana's would refer to as the DA). There was a case here (in little ol' Canada).......where this happened with drug store owner Steven Kesler.....After a 3rd robbery attempt in his store over the previous year....."Two masked men entered the drugstore shortly before 3 p.m. on November 8, 1986. One, armed with a gun, went to the back of the store where Kesler's wife Mary (also a pharmacist) was dispensing drugs. The other man, Timothy David Smith, confronted Kesler at the front counter, whereupon Kesler grabbed a shotgun, chased Smith out of the establishment and down the street, and fired a single blast that found its mark. Smith fell to the ground unconscious, still clutching the $115 he had taken. He later died at a local hospital.Kesler returned to the store, where he exchanged gunfire with the second suspect. Neither man was injured during the shootout shootout but when the robber ran to his car in an escape attempt, Kesler followed and began pummeling him with the shotgun. Police soon arrived and carted the battered felon to jail.Kesler was charged with second-degree murder for killing one of the robbers. But he received tremendous public support (more than $35,000 was raised to help pay his legal bills) and was acquitted by a jury. Four hours after the verdict he was back at work in the pharmacy, where a ragged hole made by a shotgun blast adorns a wall to this day. Kesler became nationally renowned and a legend in the area for the past 20 years. "My dad rarely prosecuted cases anymore at this point in his career, but was told to take the case by his superiors due to it's high profile nature. He knew going into it that he was probably going to lose as, despite the fact that the law supported a conviction, public opinion was heavily on Kesler side, and he was acquitted as noted above. It was one of the few cases Dad lost.Obviously not quite the same scenario, as Kesler actually owned the store and had been robbed before - as opposed to the guy in this store just being a bystander/customer. But the same in the sense that he followed the robber out into the street and shot him on a public sidewalk (endangering others?). Personally, my favorite part is when he chased the other guy, that was armed, to his car and beat him with the shotgun. Dude was a badass.Despite the law, people do loves them some vigilante justice.
