I like the way you played it. as played it must be fold on the river, unless villain bluffs often enough to make a bluff catch profitable
Even an overplay bluff is killing us we don't have much of a bluff catcher at all we can only beat stone cold bluffs so i don't see that being profitable at all unless we are up against a unbelievable maniac

Can someone explain to me why we are not four betting through a min-3-bet with the 3rd nuts?I think "trapping" when you are readless on players is extra spewy
Silly to 4 bet this preflop, in a tournament maybe, but not in a cash game.He played it fine, fold on the river and call it a day.

I thought I was a nit and I don't even keep my 4 bet range at AA/KK/AKSorry to really go off like this... but people you can't let these minraises life own you!!! They should be treated as a call with the benefit side effect of being able to get more value out of your hand... so freaking do it. High pocket pairs retain their value on one street, preflop, since they often do not improve. Also, when they do improve, it's often top set which is a difficult hand to get value out of since you crush the board. So, preflop, that's exactly where we should be getting our value given *any* opportunity to do so.

TN, I 4bet this a lot, but it isn't the end of the world not doing so. I prefer to 4bet this with reads than without them, A LOT.

I only 4bet with AA and KK in cash games, and possibly other hands depending on the information we have on our opponent. We are assuming no reads here. Why are we going to 4 bet for value pre-flop, we have almost no information on the villain, the way he plays, or his range.I'd rather keep the pot relatively smaller, see a safe flop, and lead out rather than build up a big pot, see a board like that, and be left with a difficult decision.Personally I think it was played perfectly. Snapfold on the river, we obviously are behind here.
