JustLikeNegs 1
why post that if you wont give out the information. obv people are interested and want to know about that type of thing
CoolHandKai 0
Well, money is usually something people don't talk about, so I don't find it all outlandish that the OP doesn't want to go into details. Besides, being on the featured table isn't something that you can control (unless that registration-unregistration trick gets exploited, I guess...), so it's not even useful knowledge anyway. Tugglife2 0
Let's see, you had an amazing experience that was basically a freeroll for you due to the feature table sponsorship.Yeah, sounds disastrous.
TraptSteve 0
I feel fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to play the main event for the third time (last year I cashed). Although I didn't cash this year it isn't all bad for me:1. I was in the tournament through a few hundred dollar satellite so basically the buy in was free.......3. With feature table sponsorship money and the fact that I was basically in for free I already cashed (no I won't disclose on here how much). Can you atleast say if it was a small profit or big profit relative to your investment (3 to 4 hundred for the sat entry)? Yeah the title makes no sense. Being selected to the feature table, which in your case undoubtedly resulted in a profit, is not a disaster.Perhaps being one of the shmucks who paid for their full entry and busted out on the bubble in some bizarre fashion would merit the title. NoSup4U 0
the "how much do you make for appearing at a featured table" is a really often asked question that no one seems to want to answer. i'd love to know the answer and hear about the process because it really intrigues me from a business perspective. it's not like we're asking for your credit card statements.please reconsider.Someone that was just at one of the featured tables with Hellmuth posted on 2p2 that Stars was paying $6K with no longer term commitments, FTP was paying $10K if you wore a hat, and $12K if you wore it backwards, and UB was paying $10K but you had to sign a contract to stick with them through the ME. (but each company would only pay a certain amount of players at the table, so he couldn't do FTP like he wanted to because they were already sold out so to speak)We were getting paid $10K to wear stuff at my final table 4 years ago, so it seems that number is pretty standard.Mark

Op, you're one of those people that like to disguise your brags ( omg disaster but i got in almost for free and i got enough money to play at a feature table so it was like i cashed but i won't tell you how much even though it's not illegal) but not give out any info. seriously not cool.
