zoo 0
I don't understand what stake Reed Kathrein of Hagens Berman Sobol & Shapiro has in this issue. Wouldn't someone have to be paying this law firm to get them to support this argument? Brick and mortar casinos perhaps?

Senor 6 0
Just checked PS and echecks are working again. Not sure I'd cash out using it just yet but it looks like depositing isn't a problem.
checkymcfold 0
i withdrew from stars on june 1, had my money put back into my account sans bonus on june 4, re-withdrew june 5, and still haven't received my check from stars. usually they come in 4 or fewer days.is this a unique situation, or are others experiencing something like this? i wouldn't be fretting about this too much, but i did withdraw a sizeable portion of my bankroll to pay for the remaining summer expenses and a move to far, far away. Actually my check hasn't even went through the "pending cashout" process. I guess they are backed up a ton. Good luck to us!
grbs1605 0
Originally cashed out on June 1. Wrote support an email about the issue on the 12th or 13th. I received an email from them explaining the issue and was told the request would be resubmitted. Got an email on the 15th regarding the prcoessing fo the new transaction saying it would clear in 3-10 business days, checked my account this morning on the 16th and its in there. No bonus. HubDub04 0
Today I recieved my last Stars check in the mail after waiting 3 weeks. The check came from Canada, and is drawn from an Illinois bank, but written out of a company based out of the UK.So then went to my bank and they gave me all sorts of hassle about the check, asking me where it's from, if it was a payroll check, etc. Eventually they called the "Maker" as they put it, and they told him that the check is fraud and not to cash it. Their reasoning is that the company xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx didn't authorize the checks to be drawn from the account. So they gave the check back to me and told me to contact whomever sent me the check.FMMFLWaiting on a response from Stars Support

Skip the tellers. Once it is in their system they wont look as hard.

Southern Buddhist 1
Its interesting how little action this thread is getting. Why cant one of the major casino companies who are struggling mightily develop an online poker software and then lobby for the US to legalize it rather than lobby against it. Legalizing online poker isnt gonna hurt casino attendance. The majority of people that currently go to casinos to play poker are already playing poker online or are at least aware than it is an option. Very few people will decide they only want to play online and stop going to casinos. If anything it would generate more interest in poker, possibly creating a second poker boom and attract more people to casinos. This is why Jerseyans are the best. That is exactly what _should_ be going on, beats me why it isn't. They don't even have to bother developing their own software -- just buy some site out.
