you have a lot of action in front of you and have .05 cents invested. You should be able to fold this 100% of the time. The whole point of cash games is to put yourself in situations where you are in control. You are in a call/pray situation if you make this call. And yah you should put your last dollar in if you call.

I would probably ship this in like every time.
i found that the 6x raise utg at the low limits often meant a big pair that didn't want to have eight callers behind them but rather just get a reraise and play it aipf

I dunno what this non-sense about investment having to do with anything with how to play this hand comes from.Investment is irrelevant. You rate pretty well to get it in either HU or Threeway with AKs at a 5nl table AND you yourself only have 60bbs. Stop trying to make hero folds... I'm shipping this like always without a superb, almost impossible read.Let's just assume that it even makes sense for the UTG raiser to have ONLY big pair and AK, while the other guy is all in behind us. Neither can rate very highly to have AA or KK (card removal), so both rate more to have QQ-JJ/AK. Let's even assume either can have KK just as much. If we get it in AKs vs KK and QQ, we're still getting the right price to race threeway (we'd be like 31% so if you include pot odds, you're correct to put it in). The only terrible situation that occurs in this hand is the one that happened, someone had Aces. Oh well, thats poker bud.

As a stupid Frenchie i don't now the meaning of "ship". Does it means you'd go all in?

I don't want to speak for him but oui monsieur! For what it's worth in this situation (stack size and stakes) and without any previous knowledge of the table I'm probably pushing instead of calling the initial raise I have to figure that AKs is a slight favorite here the majority of the time and I want to get the money in while I have that edge, unfortunate that the Aces are behind you but oh well.

It's opponent dependent. I saw somebody do it yesterday with A4s. I agree it can often be premium hands but that's not enough of a factor to stop me from going all in.

It is a little bit out of topic but i'd like your opinion about this hand.Yesterday i've played this hand, and believe me or not i knew that my opponent had AKs and was on a flush draw. I also know he's going to make his flush 1 time out of 3 when there's 2 cards to come (if i'm not wrong). I seriously hesitated before calling, i even think about folding my aces...but then i said to myself "well, i didn't play it very well, but i actually have the best hand, so there's no way i can fold". Of course opponent hit his flush and i lost a good amount of my stack but hey, that's poker!http://www.pokerhandreplays.com/view.php/id/502559ps : In this same session i had aces at least 6-7 times and i played them in a different ways each time. This one was better even if it was risky. Without the aces on the river i think i'd have been in bad shape :http://www.pokerhandreplays.com/view.php/id/502560

1st hand with the aces raise to .80-1.20. 3 people have called .20 already, the pot is .65, make it $1As played, the pot was $1.70 and you bet 1/2 pot, but you need to bet the full pot.Preflop, raise more because big pairs play best heads up and lose significant value multi-way.At these limits against the AKs, they are most likely going to call, but if you charge them preflop and on the flop, in the long run you will make the mobneys.
