Best And Worst Things About Where You Live

Recommended Posts

Miami, FLBest: 8 months of amazing weather, beautiful women, tons of golf/beach/outdoor sports, beautiful women, great dining and entertainment options, beautiful women.Worst: the summer weather, I'm a minority here (we actually have stores with signs that say "We speak English"), horrible educational system (leads to a relatively stupid populace), lots of tourists.

Clayton is a bit of a Seattle homer imo. That team still doesn't have a legit starting QB and there are still question marks all over. ROFL I guess by default playing in the NFC West they get playoff consideration.DAAAA BEARS DA BEARS DA BEARS (ala Chris Farley's SuperFan!)
ROFL? not sure if it's worthy of laughing so hard that you end up rolling on the floor, but yes the nfc west is weak. Hasselbeck is a legit QB, been to the pro-bowl a couple times. also true that clayton is probably a seattle homer, he lives in renton which is about 15 miles south of seattle.

Except when cost is the big issue. It's a great place for young people to live that just want a cheap (relative to rest of manhattan) place to live with easy access to bars.
soho is one of the more expensive neighborhoods to live in right now.

Really? My friends found some good prices in or near the area. I think they were closer to the village not dead center Soho but compared to anything near midtown or central park it was a steal. But lets be honest, the whole damn island is overpriced, that's why we stayed in the burbs :club:

IowaBest: It's beautiful. The entire state is like that grassy hill scene from Windows XP. Except there are trees everywhere and beautiful fields on rolling hills. It's exactly like Field of Dreams (which was filmed here). I've been to every state, and I really do love Iowa. Also, Napa Don lives here. A six bedroom, 2,500+ sq ft house would sell for about $175,000.Worst: It's the absolute farthest point in the nation from an ocean BEACH... and that sucks. The weather is violently extreme. We are often the coldest spot in the nation in the winter and the hottest spot in the nation in the summer. I don't understand how this is possible, btw.

SoHo is great, if you like hanging out with rich snobby Eurotrash. I live in Greenpoint, in Brooklyn.Good things: Safe, lots of decent stores and restaurants and really nice parks, lots of families, good amount of beautiful women, very few homeless. Bad things: Hipsters.
I wanna try borscht, you got a spot?

HawaiiPros- It's hawaii no extreme season. Nice weather year round. Beautiful women. And some of the best food none to man.cons- No sports teams, no legal casinos, cant drive to another state. VERY EXPENSIVE (but again it's the price to live in paradise)

Best thing: Lots of money so lots of benefits without the crowed city. 115+ golf courses, great restaurants, more plastic surgeons per square mile than anywhere, (after LA SF Malibu, and Bev Hills.) Awsome weather for 9 months. 2 hour drive to beach, mountain, San Diego, LA 3.5 to Vegas or Phoenix. Little traffic, semi large airport, date capital of the USA, 4 good cigar storesWorst: Hot for 3 months, people like checky are legally still allowed to enter the city limits
