If he's crazy then c/c c/c imo. What's he repping with that flop call? He is not calling with the naked Kc or Qc very often. I'd c/c at least the turn. Also, if he can hand read b/f is pretty bad here, cuz unless you were holding like KQ with Kc that card is horrible for your range, and it's doubtful you'd c/r that hand, so really you can only have KQcc and like that card and you'd check that because he cant call you with anything, you'd have the board crushed and need him to bluff.So yeah, I'd check/call the turn to induce a bluff for one street, if he bets river I'd fold unless I think he's a bit out of line then I'd station down.
