Ottawa_Biatch 288
I don't have any opinions on the games tonight, but just want to say keep it up boys. I support whatever you guys do.
serge 904
i think the Caps will win, but I am not backing any play that is -275...That seems silly.Carolina , New Jersey is tough....The under is in play here, but at 5 -125, its a tough line.Dont have any feelings yet. ajs510 122
Carolina to win is the only good bet I see there.

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
great job yesterday guys. For tonight, even as a Canes fan, I have real trouble backing a bet on them. Like Serge said, very hard to bet against NJ and Brodeur. I'll abstain on the winner bet. However, I would really argue for a bet on the under. Even at 5.0, -125, I think its a worthy bet. I believe NJ will do everything they can to make it a 1-0 game, and I dont see any good reason why Brodeur+Ward should not both play great tonight. I think it will be very low scoring. If Ollie is around, Id love to hear his take, I imagine hes watched quite a bit of this series. (or any other NJ fans?)
MapleLeafpoker 1,462
Game 7 lines:NY Rangers +225Im not sure I have ever seen such a big dog for a game 7 in hockey. wow.I cant back a bet on them, and I know Id get no support anyway, but Im suprised at what a big dog they are. Zach6668 513
I have no problem with $50 on NYR. Hank can win the came himself damn near often enough to make it +EV.

serge 904
Just wanted to start discussion again on what the "conclusion" to this is going to be, HOPEFULLY IF WE ARENT BROKE.Lets say the season ended today:1. Do we bet the whole thing on the last game of the season?2. Divide up the money 20 ways and transfer back?3. Keep it going next year4. Go to the bowmans casino and bet it all on black5. Take the money and buy Ray into a WSOP event6. Donate the money

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
Are we forgetting who the most successful WSOP participant in this forum (not including Daniel)?by the end of the NHL playoffs, this may no longer be true. Serge, where's the option to blow it all on booze, drugs and strippers on May 9th?

serge 904
Are we forgetting who the most successful WSOP participant in this forum (not including Daniel)?Technically this isnt true. If you count Tony(pulsejet). But yes you are the 11th best limit player in the world by the end of the NHL playoffs, this may no longer be true. Serge, where's the option to blow it all on booze, drugs and strippers on May 9th?Thats an option as well.I am good with keeping it going next year, I am TOTALLY against getting back like $67.86 (or whatever) back. The sheer volume of transferring is a headache for me anyway. Unless its a decent amount its not worth getting the money back. Its been very fun, and I am good with keeping it going. Whats a $100 anyway, most of you spend that in one night when you go out.
MapleLeafpoker 1,462
Im good with going into next year. If we had all of the initial 20 investors together one night, it would make for a great way to get together and finance a good night of eating and drinking and anything else. (or any other NJ fans?)this game is about as close to a coin flip as it gets, but you give jersey the 5% edge for having home ice and you see why they are the favourite. both marty and cam ward have been lights out, and both teams have been playing real tight defensive hockey - though i hear the devs went a way from that a little in the last game but i missed it as i was out in slovakia. i cant see them coming out flat again tonight though as sutter wont settle for that. i wouldnt like to pick a winner but i cant see this game going over at any rate - both goalies career gaa in games 7s is around the 1.50 mark and both are on fire again right now. pezeveng 207
Iam good with betting the under as well $200 seems fair. As for at the end of the playoffs its only fair that those who want their money back should get it regardless of the amount. I of course will carry on for next year. Remember guys this is a work in progress so these playoffs are not a do or die for us to make money. Picking our spots is going good so lets keep doing that.

I'll pay the current buyout (1/20th of whatever the group account sits at when requested) in exchange for an additional full share of the group.
